The property was old and very used The cleanliness of the rooms are below average. The phone itself was not working but the team changed when asked for. They have a sofa seat in the room which is absolutely in a horrific condition due to the dirt you need to be covered if you ought to stay in that room. The staff were average in dealing but they are available locally even during late hours and that was helpfully. The location of the hotel was very close in the city and that was the only helpful nature of this property

Hotel is near to all places to visit and very hygienic and staff is too good in terms of serving and suggesting for our day trips.

Hotel Location 1. Smoking room allocated for kids. 2. Doors to your room doesn't work and every (3 times) you need to go from 4th floor to reception to seek help and wait for 15 min to get into your room.

Royal fort room services are not bad, reached my minimum expectations Booking. Com charged more than the actual room charges for a day. I am totally disappointed with booking.com

Great location. Just opposite to the city corporation office, near by shopping centres. The facility itself was very good. Clean spacious rooms with all the usual amenities and the service was very good. The staff were competent and courteous. The restaurant was very good. Had great dinners in the evenings. Looks like they were hard hit by Corona lock downs. However, they seem to have recovered. Just a repainting the walls should improve the overall experience. Overall, it justified the average rating of 8.2/10 at the time of booking. Parking space is limited to some 15-18 cars. Considering the size of the hotel, expected more but it wasn't there. Small gym was there as advertised but it was non-functioning. Bit expensive. On top of it, charging extra INR 40 for a toothbrush & paste kit for a room that costs over INR 3000 a night? Not a good idea. Didn't like that.
