The staff was very friendly. We booked a full board package and despite what the some reviews from here said, the food was very good and tasty. We had shark, scorpion fish and so many other delicious dishes we had never had before! We loved that! The room was comfy for 3 people, we had power outlets everywhere so we could easily charge our phones, the bed was comfy too and the location was amazing! The A/C worked really well too! Cantine like buffets. Hotel Punta should take notes from other hotels when it comes to how the buffet should be organised (like how to place the food in a way that people wont have to stay in huge lines). We had to stay in loong line to get the food when it was crowded. The coffee wasn‘t good and there could be improvements for the desserts at lunch and dinner (more variety is what I mean). The tv was not properly aligned on the wall and there was no fan in the bathroom to suck the air. If the window from the bathroom was left open, it was an open invitation for mosquitoes to come in, they should definitely have a fan in the bathrooms. Also this hotel needs a third elevator, I feel like 2 are not enough especially during peak times

The staff was nice. The location was good The Swimming pool near the sea was good The restaurant is not more than a canteen. The weather is beautiful outside, while there is no proper place where you can sit outside. The hotel is outdated. The owners should have started renovating 20 years ago. It seems that they never did something. Nothing works properly. The staff does their best, but they can only do so much if they are not equipped with the right tools

Front desk girl informed us that no good view rooms are available due to winter conservation of property ( we are in October), and gave us a room with brocken balcony glass m, facing the roof. After we complained she gave us, as a big favor, the room a bit better, still saying that they are short on cleaning ladies, and cleaning crue dictates the availability. After we took a walk around, we saw no conservation, and no floor closed… if it was Soviet era, I knew how to label it, but in 2024?….

Food is great for this money. Actually this hotel is underrated on Booking, yes its not perfect but great value Maybe in summer I see number of sunbeds is not enough. But in low season it was OK. Also 2 elevators sometimes you should wait...

The hotel is in a good area, very close to a nice beach promenade. It had nice facilities like the pool and the half board option, also nice sea view from the upper floors. The cleaning needs a bit of updating, there were spider webs and areas in the lobby where the paint on the wall fell off, also some rusty parts in the shower. You can see the age of the building, tho.

The hotel location is very good , with so nice view at the beach. Outside pool is nice. Food in general was good. Room was small for three persons. The hotel is 4 stars but I think it can't be more than 3 stars.

Front desk staff pleasant. Anastasia in the lounge was friendly and pleasant as well. Dining breakfast and dinner was miserable. No one is happy to be there, including the guests. Way too many kids, exhausted parents, long buffet lines with good but not great food. Cheap wedding like decor that's extremely tacky. Looked at the pool and said, "No way." Kiddie pool. Not even a remote hope of a chair umbrella and any form of relaxation. Seaside is pretty but overrun with people. I didn't expect 4 or 5 stars. Truth is, it's a two star at best. The hotel needs an overhaul desperately. Nice view, but I had to fight a giant metal guard gate to get out there. Sorry to those who are working hard there, but It was a tired old hotel with a tired vibe.
