The location is good. It is not a 4* hotel. The place was filthy and had nasty stained carpets everywhere. For the cost I would really not recommend this hotel. The room smelled like urine on arrival and towels were dirty.

hotel is right by the seafront promenade, and it’s just a short walk to the charming town of Vodice. The view from every room is stunning, and the sea is crystal clear. While the beach in front of the hotel is rocky, there is a beach with gentle sea access nearby, which is perfect if you prefer a more beach experience. Breakfast was adequate, and there were no lines, which made for a pleasant start to the day. The pool was never overcrowded, and the proximity to the sea made it easy to enjoy both the pool and the beach. Although the hotel looked more luxurious in the photos, after a few days, we noticed some small but annoying issues. The area with sunbeds by the pool and the sea was not well-maintained, and we never saw any staff taking care of it. The hotel seemed understaffed, especially at the reception, where there was only one person, leading to long queues during checkout. Parking was not included in the price, and we had some problems like a lack of hot water one evening and the door lock running out of battery, which left us unable to access our room. The bed linens, duvets, and pillows were of the cheapest quality—more like what you’d expect from IKEA, not a higher-end hotel. Additionally, the carpets and walls were worn and in need of replacement. Overall, the facilities could benefit from better maintenance, especially considering the price.

Good location. Quite a quiet headland and close to the harbor (10 min walk). Trees near the pool - a place to sunbathe in the sun and shade to relax. The pool can be too small in some parts of the day, but you can easily swim / relax in the water in the evening and after dark. Adequate number of parking spaces.

Beautiful view. Great location, right next to the sea and just a short walk to the town center. Friendly staff. Clean room. Nice pool. The parking should be free of charge or at least cheaper.

The location is excellent, a lot of pine shade and a good pool. The room wasn't clean as we would have liked. The baby's bad was dirty from the previous user? The worst thing was the DIRTY carpet ?
