Siete Mares Luxury Suites

The hotel positions itself as a 5-star property, but unfortunately, it does not live up to that standard. We chose this hotel for our honeymoon and were looking forward to a special stay. However, there were many small issues in our room that negatively affected our experience. We found dirty areas in the room, torn bathrobes, and worn towels stained with bleach. The breakfast selection was very repetitive throughout our stay. Only one bottle of juice was provided for two guests, and we had to ask for coffee every time. We shared all of our concerns with the friendly receptionist, and we hope the hotel will address these shortcomings for future guests. On the positive side, the view was beautiful and the atmosphere was peaceful.

The property was beautiful. It was very clean. They took care of our request immediately the manager George assisted us with everything we need.

The bathroom drainage was not the best but it was not the worst.

Air conditioner doesn’t work at all.

Our family was learning to fly a registered drone and accidentally sent it the wrong way. We immediately got a call from the owner He was not that nice about it even after explaining that we accidentally sent it the opposite direction instead of down a hill with nothing but dirt. Also the breakfast was not wonderful. We had screaming children 2 doors down early in the morning 2 out of the 3 days. Not the most ideal place unless you want something off the grid and it’s not guaranteed to be quiet

The room was exceptional. Location isn’t walkable to anywhere, but they have a car that Ricardo, who is great, would use to drive you into town and back for less than a taxi ride or Uber. Staff is amazing! Ricardo did absolutely everything to make our stay the best! Irene, the owner, was there to check us in and every day of our stay. She is wonderful and so kind! Our room was excellent and having breakfast every morning on our patio before jumping in for a quick dip in the pool was wonderful. The lack of walk ability bc of the location. We’re more sunset than sunrise people so it facing east wasn’t our favorite. And that’s if we’re nitpicking honestly.

I recently stayed at one of the best hotels I've ever visited. Besides the stunning views, beautiful pool, stylish room, and delicious breakfast, what truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive; it was clear that guest satisfaction was their top priority. I've traveled regularly, but I've never experienced such outstanding hospitality. If I return to Santorini, this hotel will be my only choice. While it is located on a fairly large hill, taxis are available at a reasonable price for those who may have mobility issues. The serene atmosphere and breathtaking views made for the perfect relaxing getaway. It's evident that everyone here is dedicated to providing a memorable experience, and they truly pour their hearts into their work. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect

The staff and room were very nice. Both interior and exterior areas were clean and well cared and organized. The staff genuinely tried to understand our needs and made the late check in/out very smooth. To stay on this property I recommend to rent a small car to easily drive through the narrow and curvy streets. Free private parking is available. There is only sunrise view, no sunset (but it was expected because of the location and orientation of the property). The only downside of the stay was the breakfast. It is ok but for the price and quality of the stay it should be more "refined" and have some more options.

We got an upgrade to the Grand Suite and the heated pool in September was really nice! However I would’ve preferred an unspoiled view instead, because we had an electricity pole in front of our pool that was really annoying. Bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean. Some details were missing for 5* luxury. We always had to ask for more water or new coffee pods. There was no body lotion. The shower gel bottle was from a premium brand but inside..cheap shower gel! An ugly electricity pole right in the middle of our view ruined it and all our pictures. Details, but really make the difference for a 5* experience.

Great staff, couldn't be more helpful. We had a beautiful room with a private pool and sea view. Breakfast was delivered each morning at a time which could be selected on a daily basis. You would need a car to explore the island more from this accommodation. We had never been before, and this was a lifesaver.

It was a beautiful property and very clean. It’s in a secluded area away from the crowd. The views from our room were breathtaking. The staff was extremely attentive and nice. Could have better breakfast options.

Siete Mares is a stunning place to stay. The rooms are beautiful and immaculately decorated and the private pool was fantastic. The views of the sea are lovely and you get a beautiful sunrise view. Myself and my friend had done some travelling around Greece and wanted to spend 4 days relaxing, and that’s exactly what we did. The staff were very friendly and on hand with anything needed. As others have said, if you want to be close to the action then it is at least 30mins walk up a very steep hill to Imerovigli. However, I’ve visited Santorini 3 times before so enjoyed a more secluded place to just unwind and relax. There’s no restaurants nearby but you can use the delivery app WOLT if don’t want to get a taxi out to the towns. On another note, we found breakfast was limited and could be improved. It’s the same every day and would be good to mix it up. Again, as mentioned by others, no milk provided for the coffee machine.
