Overcharged for the airport shuttle. Paid cash and expected credit at checkout, but wanted to charge three times for the shuttle back to the airport. Had to arrange my own transportation. Breakfast was supposed to be hot and warm, but it was cold for a couple of days. They refused to give credit for transportation I have paid for, like they said they would at checkout To begin with, when I called from the airport upon arrival, they were unsure I had a reservation, so I had to tell them I had a booking through Booking.com. I had sent emails and messages for the shuttle and arrival time prior to my departure. Had to call them for a shuttle. They sent Uber, asked me to pay, and will credit my account. So, it wasn't a pleasant situation. Basically, their property on the road has a lot of potholes, and the entrance isn't like it shows in the picture. Driver had hard time finding the place. The airport shuttle was supposed to be free accoring to there website.

beds quality very poor, linens were dirty and turned apart, looks like they do not want to replace it ever, bathroom quality very poor, shower handles and faucet were like very old and dirty, I will never go back there again Friendly staffs' member

-Worker tried to enter room when do not disturb was on -Worker always peek inside when bringing items on the door -Calls on telephone randomly at midnight for mediocre things which could be called next day morning after breakfast

Hotel is in a good area, close to mall, restaurants and masjid. Bad experience at the last moment, we ask for transport to airport for two. Small car should be enough, but he called 11 seater van. Instead of paying 1000 Takka, we had to pay 2500 Takka! Felt like being scam!

Everything was great the behaviour of staff atmosphere and well trained and helpful staffs.Food from the hotel restaurant was top notch and rooms was extra clean and luxury class loved the comfort and cleanliness will sure come here next time had a good time here I totally recommend it A little noisy sometimes

The staff are amazing. They were very friendly and supportive. Special thanks and appreciations for Mr. Mohammad Ansari, the hotel General Manager for his hospitality and support which goes beyond his rules and responsibilities. The location is another advantage. The hotel is on walking distance from Gulshan area and Jamuna Future Park. The breakfast tast and variety are noticeable. Bed covers and pellows. They are clean, but need to be replaced with new ones.

Great hotel overall. Location is good, not far from the center and airport. The personnel is extremely helpful and speaks good English. Also, one of the few places in the whole of Bangladesh where I saw a bathtub, which is a huge deal for me. Can't recommend enough, especially for the price they ask. 24/7 restaurant is ?

Very good Buffet breakfast, testy food in their restaurant. Very Friendly staff. The hotel is very close to the Diplomatic zone Dhaka, Where many Embassy’s are located, in walking distance. And the hotel is Close to Gulshan and banani. Everything was great. Thank you for the fruit plate!
