Reception staff behavior. After checking in I was just looking around to check facilities, the reception male staff asked me what I am searching. The way he asked made me uncomfortable.

Friendly staff, good location near train station, room was comfortable creepy feel to reception and hallways as the hotel was quite empty.

I like that it was a Japanese-style room. It was my first time to stay at that kind of room. The room was enough for one person. The room smells of cigarettes. It was a smoking hotels anyways which cannot be avoided. There is not enough space for the luggages.

Did not have breakfast there due to early morning departures. Not much to like about the place. We could not find the hotel as it was only in Japanese and no english writing. Terrible smell in foyer. Staff not friendly or welcoming. Futon beds and very poor layout of room e.g table and japanese seats in front of fridge and no where to move them out of the way

Location was decent. The futons were comfortable. The room was small but came with TV, aircon, fan, kettle, fridge and some yukatas to change into. The aircon unit was a bit old and so it had a hard time cooling down the room in the middle of summer. It still worked somewhat though so it was appreciated.
