Embassy Suites by Hilton Walnut Creek

Room was clean but once again maintenance HORRIBLE. Bathroom sink and tub barely emptied and the tub faucet almost fell off the wall. Desk chair in bedroom missing 2/3 of it's "leather" covering. Peeling horribly and looked awful. We have stayed at this place many times. Probably not again!

Loud, not very clean, and the room doors did not feel secure and close very loudly.

Parking at the garage was very crowded.

Room had smell breakfast was mostly pork or eggs I never got my drink ticket not the best stay

There was some confusion in parking ticket and how to go in and out of parking garage depending on what staff we spoke to Breakfast was a good spread and liked that they make omelets and pancakes to order

Large suite. Comfortable bed. The room was clean, but dated. Air conditioning was functioning albeit very loud. Breakfast included with made to order omelettes - a better offering than most 3 star hotels. Convenient location, however, the underground parking was limited and costly.

Disliked: distracted front desk clerks (I made a few separate purchases from the market and charged them to my room at the front desk. I never was asked to sign for them nor did I receive an itemized receipt); only one washcloth and 2 towels on check-in day; no secure entry or exit to the underground parking - the mechanical arm was up the entire weekend.

Clean, friendly, amazing

Beautiful & clean!

The bartender was very friendly and welcoming, as were the rest of the staff. The shower and bathroom was in excellent condition. I really appreciated that there was a a dedicated ice machine room on my floor for easy access, as opposed to having to go to a different floor to find one. The breakfast buffet includes made-to-order omelets with good choices of your standard fillings (cheese, spinach, peppers) as well as specailties such as chorizo and green chile. The indoor pool is a little modest in terms of size, but the pool area is very well kept, with thoughtful calming decor, plenty of towels and a shower to immediately rinse off the chlorine before you exit. I would gladly come back the next time I needed a short getaway in the Walnut Creek/Pleasant Hill area.

We have stayed here many times but this time was terrible. Toilet plugged when we arrived and they graciously handed us a plunger that did not help. AC dripped onto very wet carpet so they have us extra towels to lay down. Still a good breakfast but the maintenance was horrible and no one there to fix anything. They did remove cost off our bill however

The room floor plans were the only real issue. Doors hit other doors or blocked exits. Breakfast was nice especially the omelette guy, and the complimentary drinks in the evening were a great perk. Pool was small. Small things like reserving for 4 and getting 2 towels and 2 pillows were quickly fixed. Half a roll or toilet paper to start with no replacement was also noticed.

The mattress had blood stains on it. Paid for parking, but the garage was full when we returned to the room later that evening. The pool was dirty. Only two towels. Went to desk to request two more. Had to wait 40 minutes to get them so the other two people in our room could shower. Location and hotel were decent overall, but this was the most disappointing Embassy Suites our family has stayed at.

Very clean rooms, love the natural brightness of the common areas. Breakfast is excellent! Good selection of drinks at happy hour.

Hotel was clean, quiet. I always like breakfast at Embassy suites especially the egg omelette.
