Green pool and room smelled like cigarettes and stain sheets disgusting

This place is great if you like broken and damaged things in your room. My rooms door was previously kicked in and still broken from that event. The pool was green, the room smelled like cigarettes and mildew, and there were many cigarettes burns on the counter, toilet seat, and in the bed sheets. The floor was so sticky it almost pulled my shoes off when I walked across it. Multiple drug deals and homeless people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. I am happy to confirm that I did not get robed at night like I thought. -1/5 stars. I didn’t realize submitting photos was an option or I would’ve added some. I was afraid to get my phone stolen though.

Don't be fooled. This was a rundown MOTEL 6 for many years. the new owners have not done a full renovation.

The mattress was thin and uncomfortable. The shower walls had mold around each and every seam. The sink was so slow to drain and in the morning the tub would no drain. They did fix the tub drain but the sink was the same. The walls need to be cleaned. We had to go to the office everyday to get towels. Will never stay there again

The motel sits on North Main Street in the WC — right on auto dealer row. We met the one employee (22 year-old Desi Indian man) who worked the desk around 10 pm on a Thursday night and he was working the morning shift there at 8 am too. The room was clean but there was no extra bedding just the sheets and a spread. The bathroom only had 1/3 roll of toilet paper available (not other supplemental rolls). There were two mini bars of soap provided but no shampoo. And, finally . . . the pool outside the window was in disrepair with a glowing algae jungle green pallor shining up. But, can't complain as the room (two twin beds) was a deal at $99 a night including taxes and fees.

Key card didn’t work first time, second time it let me into a very hot room where the air conditioner would not turn on, third time I got a room with working a/c. Didn’t feel it should have taken that long to get a room

The staff at the front desk was friendly and professional. My room was clean and I love that it’s near Eateries, gas stations, Target and other shopping centers.

The place is dirty, hotel room had dried urine on the door jam, rust and mold in the shower, a/c and refrigerator didn’t work, blinds were hanging off the window, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was hanging out of the wall with the wires exposed, dead bugs on the chairs, stained bed sheets, and the walls were stained. I checked out about 10 minutes after seeing the room. AND THEY NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY!

No working lights in my room, staff had no bulbs!

Absolutely do not believe what the hotel looks like on hotels.com was a scam. We left early and we're still charged when people were outside doing drug deals by our car and close to the windows

No available shower towels as staff didn’t have enough supply, and water clogging on both the sink and bath. Everything else was great! Clean and safe space, many power outlets, lights, etc. staff was friendly too

Location. This place provided only one towe; no washcloth nor hand towel. There was no soap, no shampoo, etc. Bathroom sink flooded the floor. Management refused to fix the problem or offer another room. They did not even send someone to inspect the problem, and tossed me a pile of dirty rags to soak up the water. The staff does not care at all about guest comfort. Avoid this property/

First of all after booking room waited outside almost 40 minutes until someone came back to the office to check me in the room was filthy had a foul odor one towel and no wash clothes even after asking for one.the fan in bathroom sounds like its about to blow up smoke alarm disconnected and laying on shelf bathtub drain plugged stood in 6 inches of water getting a shower.

It was conveniently located. It was affordable but still overpriced for what we got. It was a very busy weekend so very few rooms were available, and as a result, many hotels increased their prices dramatically. So we had to pick a 2 start hotel instead of the 3 or 4 star that we normally get, in order to remain on budget. The floors and bathroom looked clean, there was a TV, fridge and microwave, which are convenient. Only one towel per room, we were two people sharing a single towel that had to be used for the shower and the sink after we washed our hands. Sharing a towel is not sanitary, especially if one person has skin issues. This needs to be addressed. The pool water was murky, very unsanitary, and dangerous to swim in, so we did no use it and did not see anyone use it. The pool is advertised as an amenity for this hotel, but it is not usable. The front panel of the air conditioner and heater was broken. A vent in the bathroom was broken. A light in the bathroom was not working, maybe the light bulb was burnt. There were only two small soaps, you should state it clearly that there is no shampoo nor conditioner provided.

N/a The room, the check in and only one towel in room had to ask for more towels and hand towels and wash cloths. They did not have any of these to give. Had to go to other rooms and take the towels out of the other rooms to give to us. Wifi was through a neighboring hotel with no password.

The room was rather shabby, but—worse yet—it reeked so heavily of smoke that the moment I stepped inside, I couldn't bear to stay there; I immediately developed a splitting headache. I went to the front desk to ask for a different room, but I was told that no other rooms were available. So, there I was in this hotel , forced to suffer in this intensely smoke-filled room. The door didn't even close properly. Furthermore, the room was situated on the back side of the hotel—away from the main road—and the entire surrounding area, including the staircase leading up to the second floor, was overrun with homeless people. There were a great many of them, and the situation felt extremely dangerous because they were smoking drugs. It was a hazardous .My verdict on this hotel is that it is absolutely unfit for human habitation. After being exposed to that smoke-filled room, I couldn't sleep a wink all night long; my head throbbed constantly from the fumes. By morning, I was actually relieved to escape that smoky room—though I did end up suffering an allergic reaction as a result.
