This hotel is pretty new and very well kept. All areas including the room were super clean. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay! I would give this a 10/10 if they offered free breakfast. Great hotel I would stay here again when I’m in the area.

Loved everything! Fluffy blankets! Good soap. I just wish there was a breakfast included in the stay. Didn’t have time to check out the pool but we’d love to stay here again!

This is a new property, very well staffed and beautifully decorated. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and the restaurant was excellent. We would stay here again!

The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel when you’re in the Walnut Creek area

This was my 3 rd time staying at this hotel during travel from out of state. It has always been quite clean & comfortable and was during my recent stay. Easy to get to from either SFO or Oakland airports. About a 10/15 min drive to John Muir Medical or downtown Walnut Creek. Definitely recommend and will stay there again.

Very clean rooms, helpful staff and VERY comfortable beds made our stay wonderful. We also took advantage of the gym, morning coffee available at 5:30am and the pool. Good value for the price and the hotel was also quiet and located right off the freeway and close to downtown. We will stay here again when in the Bay Area.

No matter how new a building is, the staff remains the soul of a hotel or motel. Without proper motivation, it is nothing more than a soulless hospitality property.

I had a great stay. The rooms are purposefully designed. I had a comfortable workspace in the room, the bathroom, closet and space was clean and calming. The staff was exceptional and it’s in an easy location. I will stay again.

Location excellent No dislikes

Very helpful staff and awesome bartender :)

I had a steak for dinner & it was paper thin & overdone. Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) outside was a little noisy too.
-
We did not eat there

The breakfast could have been more plentiful in more varieties but the service was very good

Just don’t leave anything important behind. I left an expensive bottle of perfume (my fault I know) but I realized it 5 hours later. They said the room wasn’t being used so I told the staff exactly where I left it, on top of the coffee maker. Unfortunately no one ever found it so that was a bummer.

Poor lighting, the main area of the had only one standing lamp and two tiny reading lamps. Also weird that you had to insert a card key for electricity.

Showed up and were told the hotel was overbooked and we did not have a room available. Will never book this hotel again - had to find a different hotel after midnight on a Friday evening on a very busy weekend. Terrible business practice.
