Nice property and liked the assess to Bay Club Visiting Restaurant Citrus the experience was very mixed both when it comes to food and service

The property is upscale without the upscale price. Linens in the bed were high quality and I slept well. Staff was helpful with directions and were courteous when I needed forgotten toiletries. The fitness center is great. The lap pool is nice and the steam room is great. The location is close to BART which was great for me. I also like the security of using your key for the elevators that take you to the floors where the rooms are. Parking is expensive. Minor thing: it would be nice if there was an opening from women’s locker room to the lap pool.

Kamilah was awesome at check in. Room was basic but clean and nice. Property is pretty and well kept. Location is very convenient. Bay Club staff was snobby and super unhelpful. Pool area is fabulous but very unwelcoming and we felt out of place. The vibe was regulars vs hotel guests. Parking was a bit tricky and somewhat of a hassle.

After was rushed out for next appointment.

The property itself was amazing! Pools, spa, bar, gym all exceptional. The room is where our stay fell short. Apparently they are remodeling and our floor was filled with large commercial fans to dry the carpets. They were super loud and running our entire stay. We were on the 6th floor and the air conditioning kept blowing the fuse, so we called down for a box fan. Maintenance was quick to figure out the problem. But it kept happening. My husband and I were there for our wedding anniversary. We booked an amazing couples massage. Highly recommend the spa!

The customer service was excellent the afternoon of our arrival. The gentleman provided us with 2 $10 vouchers for the inconvenience. (See #1 below) 1. Check in time was supposed to be at 3:00 p.m., but our room wasn't cleaned and available until 6:00 p.m. 2. The room requested was an accessible room with a walk-in shower. Our room had a bathtub and they supplied a bath chair. Tub was stained. 3. The toilet wouldn't flush and they had to send a tech to fix it. We were nervous using it again and afraid it wouldn't flush. 4. The gift cards that I had received from De La Salle High School down the street were not accepted at check out time. Since we no longer live in the area, it's just a waste of money.

This place was amazing. We had no idea when we reserved this hotel that we had use of the whole club, including pool and all the amenities. It made it just the relaxing overnight we needed. Thank you!

This is our 3rd time staying here. We love the access to The Bay Club. The overall hotel is very nice and location is excellent.

Will never go back to stay at this hotel.
