Clean & Good Location - good breakfast, needs more vegan and vegetarian hot food. Checking was poor, reception lady known as the mother in law, did not find our booking, seemed confused, was always on the Phone and was not welcoming. Did not understand English. There was no A/C in the room. We got locked out of the hotel at 8.30pm on Sunday...had we been informed of timings and a back door entry we would have avoided the 30 mins stress of no one answering the intercom. At checking we asked what time is breakfast was and were simply pointed to the direction where to eat. Thank Google translate...

location and view near cow stables so it smells like cow feces, pool water was cold and it didnt looked cared for. New towels had washed blood stains on them. The tv’s are too small to even watch from distance.

Very clean rooms. Beautiful building. Calm and quiet. Extremely meat and bread-based breakfast. Terrible coffee. On the map it looks as if it’s in the city, but it’s actually so far out that there are pigs, cows, and chickens next to the hotel.

The wellness offer is grate with indoor swimming pool and spa Dinner is delicious and staff very friendly The nature around the hotel is amazing Maybe the indoor pool water is really cold and the tv is not smart tv so you can not access netflix

Breakfast was good. For the second night we were moved to a different room which was OK. First night we were put in a room with no wifi and with really bed water pressure in the shower. There were several service provider, one of the, a lady was very unpleasant. when we told her of our problems she simply said we are wrong as there is internat. It took a long time until we found someone who would listen and agreed to move us to another room the following day.

Close to motorway but far enough to not hear the sounds of cars. We had a good night sleep here on route to our destination but didn’t use any facilities. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable.
