Breakfast was delicious and the room was very accommodating to my needs

What a great hotel at a fabulous price! The hotel was clean, well appointed with a comfy bed and big fluffy towels. Everyone on staff was exceedingly kind, patient and friendly, from the front desk to the breakfast staff to Housekeeping. Breakfast was included and had everything from fresh waffles to made to order omelettes. Parking was also free. All of this for a very reasonable price for the greater Boston area!

Very good value. Nice clean room, very comfortable bed, great shower. No offensive odors or noises. Good breakfast was a cut above that of many hotels.

Good breakfast, nice staff, clean room

The location was great and the hotel concept is well thought out. Also, the housekeeping staff was wonderful—they truly did their absolute best to keep our room clean and well-maintained during our stay, despite the poor condition of the property. The room was falling apart and in terrible condition. It was located right above the laundry room, so all the chemical fumes and steam came directly into our room. The bathroom door was water-damaged and swollen at the bottom, making it almost impossible to open and close. The refrigerator was also falling apart, and the loud AC was disastrously noisy. Although booked for 4 people, the apartment only had 2 mismatched bar stools for dining. Breakfast was average, but the area was always overcrowded, and we constantly had to wait for refills of food and juice. Finally, the younger man at the front desk during check-in was very unpleasant—he rushed through everything and acted as if I should already know how all hotel procedures worked

Unfortunately very old and dirty, the hotel needs a makeover especially the bathrooms.

Clean room , comfortable bed, air conditioning very loud, breakfast not too bad but haven't enough some food for all guests.
