Very good all services

Breakfast was great. $20 per day to park was a surpriser. The whole place needs to be refreshed. It’s not horrible but I was expecting more from a Westin.

It was amazing

To make matters worse, the AC in our room needed to be serviced and was grinding all night and not producing cool air. I understand there is staff on call 24/7, but I will either have to sit through that at 1am or move rooms at the same time, both major inconveniences. It is clear the property needs some TLC as the shower dial was quite literally coming off the wall, so it should have been taken care of before the room was given out again.

Our room was out of conditioner and it took awhile to have some delivered. Also, breakfast was chaos. The food looked good, but was not and the juice was fermented. I will say that many of the staff were trying very hard to cover the gaps, but it is a big hotel, and more people were needed.

Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast buffet, 24 hrs fitness center.....recommended

The staff was warm and inviting. From our servers at the restraunt, to the front desk staff, very welcoming. Our room was comfortable & clean. Great location and plenty of parking The bathroom was a little small. Some of the furnishings in the room look a little tired.

Great experience all around from rooms to the food to staff! Will come again!!

The food / drinks were average but very expensive, I would recommend going to Bertucci's across the street for lunch/dinner.and drinks. The bathroom was a bit small and there was hair from a previous guest(s) entangled in the robe hanging on the bathroom door. The staff was pretty good otherwise.

Great hospitality friendly staff clean modern environment, room was nice and comfy definitely recommend.

Breakfast staff was absolutely wonderful - made you feel very welcome, amazing attitude, great service. Parking was easy and close by. Room was somewhat dated - bathroom wallpaper starting to come off at the seams, adjacent room had a connecting door that was not soundproof - could hear baby crying next door.

The quality, comfort and cost were lovely. The housemaids and room staff were fantastic. The morning breakfast staff on Saturday was horrendous. Actually, only one staff member - she seemed to be the main person running things - She was loud and stresssed out and not handling people or her staff well. There was a line out the door and plenty of empty tables - that aside she was yelling so loud constantly and acting like this was a fast moving diner not a lovely restaurant at a hotel. AND sure was it slightly busy sure but not really only 20 tables at the most and breakfast is easy with coffee and waters and 80% people having the free buffet. There is absolutely no reason for the loud yelling or stressful antics acting like is was soooo busy and stressful. Not a good look for Westin.
