Mold in tub and water wouldnt drain. The staff said to take out the little metal grate, it still wouldn't drain. Doors had dirt all over them.

This room was the cleanest room, the bed was so comfortable. I can't even say enough how friendly, so accommodating to her customers would definitely be the ideal stay.

The staff was great! The bed was very comfortable. I like the suite and Kitchen on Demand is awesome, even tho I did not use it, I may in the future, knowing it is available. I really enjoyed my stay, thank you!

I did encounter two cockroaches during my stay. I chose not to report it until I was checking out because I didn't want to create any issues, especially since the staff had been so pleasant and helpful I also used the laundry facilities. Unfortunately, most of the washers and dryers were out of service. There was only one working washer and one or two working dryers. The staff explained that they were in the process of replacing the machines, so hopefully that will be resolved soon. At the beginning of my stay, there was some confusion regarding my early check-in. I had called in advance and was told I could arrive around noon. When I arrived at about 1:00 p.m., I was informed that my room was not yet ready, and there was some confusion about who had authorized the early check-in. Despite that, the staff did their best to accommodate me. They initially assigned me to a room that was already occupied, but they quickly apologized, assigned me a different room on another floor, and I was able to check in around 2:00 p.m., which was still about two hours earlier than the posted 4:00 p.m. check-in time.Overall, despite a few inconveniences, the staff handled the issues professionally and were courteous throughout my stay. My experience was generally positive, and I appreciated their efforts to accommodate me.

It was an older property but it was in good shape and clean. Our check-in was a fiasco and took @40 minutes to get keys! The room was clean. The full kitchen is always a plus. Unfortunately, we had no coffee to use with the coffeepot! In the morning, we were able to get some from the front desk. The bed was ok. Linens were basic. Overall a good value for the money but probably wouldn't stay there again.

This was my second visit to your establishment. And I will be returning for future stays. Your hotel is in beautiful condition very clean, and the staff are all courteous and very helpful. I only get down to your area once every couple of months but I have decided that your establishment is the place I will continue to stay at. Thank you for enjoyable two days.

It must have been occupied by an elephant. The constant pounding of this heavy beast's feet made me fearful that the floor would give way any moment. Numerous phone calls(another sore topic- calls weren't always answered in a timely manner) to the front desk resolved the pounding temporarily. It started back up the next day. More phone calls, more pounding. We requested to be moved... only to find out that the hotel was totally booked. More pounding, more complaining. Two days later, the elephant(s) checked out and the noise ceased. I will never come back here again.

Room was decent Any room that costs $100 or more should offer breakfast.

The place was clean enough to be comfortable but there was a relentless odor in that carpet. Also, refrigerator didnt work. Freezer only. Not terrible, just not great. Bottom of the dishwasher had some very unsightly rust. Selena was the manager, she’s amazing actually. The gem of the property. I love that woman.

Everything was wonderful, the staff, the room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of amenities for the stay. The bed was awesome! Best sleep I've had in awhile. I shouldve stayed 2 nights.
