SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chicago Naperville/Warrenville

Too many dirty items in room, the toilet lid, telephone, hair still in shower, bug in tub. Overall room was decent, but the sofa is past its life,needs replacing torn on edges.

Room keys didn’t work to get into pool area, the tub was dirty, there was blood smeared in the door of the bathroom upon our arrival. For what is charged they should update and invest back into the property to make it nicer and cleaner

The pull out couch mattress was disgustingly!! Filthy and stained!!

Then the clogged tub was repaired immediately however leaving material behind in the bathroom garbage can was not only smelly but inappropriate. I’ve stayed here before and it hasn’t been this bad.

The pool was clean but the concrete around the pool was dirty and black. The only reason I chose this hotel was because I had family staying there Very overpriced for the quality The staff was exceptional and accommodating lobby was very clean but again outdated

Everything was perfect

I booked this hotel for colleagues, for a business trip. When they arrived to check in, they were informed that the hotel had been double booked and there was not a room available for them. They were not given a refund, and they were told to go to another hotel down the street.

The hotel was a good price for a short stay. A bit outdated.
