Castle Inn

I had an outstanding stay at Castle Inn. The location is unbeatable — right in the center of the Old Town, next to the Palota, with a beautiful view over the main square. The hotel offers rooms in several different styles, all well designed and extremely comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, easily one of the best I’ve slept in. Breakfast was fantastic: personalized, beautifully prepared, and served in a gorgeous setting. I also loved the modern comfort features — instead of a freezing AC, the room had a professional air‑mixing climate system that kept the temperature perfect. The ice maker was a surprisingly great extra touch. Overall, Castle Inn combines location, comfort, and thoughtful details perfectly. Highly recommended. A dinner option would be a wonderful addition — the hotel’s atmosphere and quality would make an evening meal truly enjoyable.

Room was quirky. Right on the square. Staff so helpful. Pigeons but thats the territory. No fault to the hotel. Had to upgrade at property due to having oir dog. Booking .com didnt have optiom for that so more expense.

Location is excellent. Right in the heart of Warsaw. This has a bit of drawback however. Cars cannot come close and it is at the hub of all the activities, with associated noise. The receptionists were all sweet and nice. Worst thing was the noise. Starting from a band and procession right outside our window at 7.30am on both days we were there. Then musicians right underneath our room, with a drum and a piano all day long. Maybe they are there illegally, cos I cannot imagine how an authority would allow such noise in a public place. Also, toiletries are very scant. Just a generic bottle of liquid soap in the shower and a similar one on the sink. No shampoo, no shower cap, nothing. Tea and coffee facilities lack milk.

Amazing location right by the castle, room was nice and comfortable. The staff was very nice.

Location is super, but only it. Everything must be renovated, air conditioner had so big noise, that impossible to sleep. Breakfast- they better could say - no breakfast, that for 10 eur sell it.

Quirky medieval style rooms with comfortable bed , great price in a great location of old town . Staff were friendly and let me keep my bag there next day has I had a later flight home . Nothing

Great location, beautiful view from the room window Unpleasant smell of old building right at the entrance, very limited breakfast (cold breakfast, option of sweet or savory). No fridge in the room, very warm room at 3rd floor even if outside it was a regular temperature day.

Best possible location for visiting the old town. Old fashioned rooms with character. Each one is different. All filled with old, interesting furniture and objects. Some rooms are better than others. The rooms overlooking the square have sensational views. (But some rooms have no views at all.) Friendly helpful staff. Good Wifi. Completely quiet starting at about 10 PM when activities on the square cease. AC made a horrible noise that made it hard to sleep, yet didn't cool much. Only some rooms have fridges. No elevator (probably the same everywhere in the old town). Taxi can only come within one block of the hotel because it is in the old town. (But that also means no traffic noise at night.)
