A beautiful hotel with lovely views of the Old Town. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and the charming courtyard had a wonderful atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay and loved everything about the hotel.

Stunning building, beautifully furnished. Location was perfect just a short stroll across the street into old town. 10/10. The courtyard terrace = magnificent. Bath towels need an update, they are a bit thread bare!

The property was gorgeous with the beautiful garden and decor. The location was excellent by the Old Town. I liked everything but the breakfast service was a little slow, needs improvement.

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and every detail has been thoughtfully designed. Nothing feels random – every element perfectly complements the overall atmosphere. It’s a place created with great care, style, and attention to detail. We would be delighted to return Nothing, really. The only minor inconvenience was occasional noise from the street at night, but this is outside the hotel’s control.

Location Building Staff was not what you would expect from a 5 stars hotel. Not greetings. Not welcome. Parking +40CHF which is outrageous being Warsaw. This is not a 5 stars hotel. It can barely make it to 4 stars if you rate the service. Totally overpriced and a disappointment.
