Thanks and More y Nothing

I expected a healthier lunch offer in a restaurant led by Sante brand. The dishes were not marked regarding allergens and spiciness. I didn't like the plastic mattress covers. They are very uncomfortable - they're unbreathable so your back sweats and sticks to them at night:/

The rooms are nice and clean, breakfasts are good, restaurant is very good value and tasty. Spa is extensive and the main reason to visit IMHO. The location is okay, but there is pretty much nothing around the hotel itself so you need to commute to any points of interest. ~25m tram to city center or taxi. Or an hour walking.

Parking can be difficult. Spa access is free only before 6pm. Spa very crowded in the evenings.

The spa is great. There is a swimming pool and two jaccuzis in the general area. And then there is a textile free area with many saunas and other wellness experiences. They follow proper sauna rules, and from time to time check if people are following the rules. It can get crowded in the late afternoon and early evening on weekends, but the rest of the time is confortable. They have sauna rituals (seans/aufgauss) which was great. The room was confortable. The minibar worked very well, it even froze a bottle of soda we had there. The room was very silent. Free cold water and sparkling water available in the corridor. There was no trashcan in the room. No room service and restaurant closes at 23:00. So if you don't have food by 23:00 then you need to ask for delivery as there are no convinience stores close by. Few food options in the restaurant and at the SPA bar. Almost no vegan options for breakfast and other meals.

Very clean, great SPA, great team and tram station is just outside Just need to add another trash can in the room(there is only one in toilet)

Nice large room in pristine condition, with a large desk, coffee, fridge etc. Superfast wifi. In general, the room itself was really top level, perhaps the best in Warsaw so far, and for a decent price. Also very quiet at night. Efficient staff. Free entry to the sauna / pool. The breakfast was not bad with a decent choice. The area around the hotel is not the most interesting. Coffee at breakfast was not great. In general, I was not so impressed with the restaurant.

The hotel is located near the center, near a public transport stop, but if you decide to walk to the center, you have to cross a very long and busy bridge over the river. Good sound insulation. The menu of the hotel restaurant is very tasty. Great SPA center, but the sauna area is for nudes only, which is not stated anywhere, if anyone cares. There is a water machine on each floor with water and carbonated water. We got a room with a broken safe, we wasted more than an hour before they decided to move us to another room after all. In the other room, by the way, the safe worked for 1 locking and unlocking, the elements ran out, as the husband himself later found out, but we no longer wanted to waste precious time and go to the reception again. The SPA center working hours adjusted during holidays and the spa area is also overcrowded with visitors (non-hotel residents). Imagine naked visitors waiting in queues for saunas or jacuzzis in the sauna area. SPA center receptionists don’t hurry to skip without turn hotel residents who are freezing in their bathrobes. And it is cold to wait with bathrobes, because non-hotel residents wait in a line that stretches even outside the front door, and then it is open. The maid came to clean the room the next day (12/31/2024) in the evening, when we returned from the spa and were going to the city to celebrate the New Year, so we only asked to change the towels. January 1 no one came to clean the room either, but we didn't worry too much about that. The car parking of the hotel is paid for 24 hours/day at 5 zlotys/hour.

Spa area, finally it was included in price as first time when we stayed we had to pay Restaurant staff very attentive and food was excellent I have seen few males by the pool on their phones. I didn’t like it. Hope that won’t become an acceptable thing. And Why people have to have gym bags with them to spa? Exceptionally good SPA and service. Please do not loose it to wrong crowd or creepy customers on their phones.
