Very friendly and helpful staff. Some common facilities of the hotel are on the older side with a distinct smell of cigarettes.

Location, design of the building, clean. Comfortable Breakfast is beyond expansive (31-32 €) in my opinion.

Loved the pool, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff - and the breakfast was absolutely top tier! We thought it was very well located, and we would definitely recommend to friends and family. This was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, and we travel a lot.

Comfy , well furnished Nothing

The kindness and hospitality of the staff especially Paulina and Maja at Reception and Dariuz at the breakfast area. They all went out of their way to support and look after me. The breakfasts were splendid - there was an excellent choice and variety of food of a high quality. My bedroom was clean, spacious and well equipped. I enjoyed the spa facilities and used the pool and sauna a few times. I requested a move from my original bedroom (122) due the ceiling light only partially working. I struggled to read and write from the desk provided. An electrician was not available to fix the light. In the second bedroom (111), I had an issue with sound proofing. I could hear voices and the TV in the next room (112). However, despite these concerns, receptionist staff response to my concerns was diligent and genuine.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels, so centrally located, with really wonderful staff and absolutely stunning palatial rooms! I will definitely staff again when I come back for a leisure trip with my partner. LOVED IT!! Nothing - hotel was excellent, staff, facilities, room, bed - all brilliant. But travellers should be aware of the costs of taxis and get staff to confirm the price before you take them to or from this venue.

Exceptional

From entering the hotel, to the friendly hotel staff at the registration counter, to the spacious room, Mamaison exceeded our expectations. We booked a room with 3 beds and the room had a large queen (?) sized bed (maybe a king, I am not sure), and 2 rollaways in the room and there was still space for a small desk, and a couple of chairs, plus plenty of space for our luggage. We never tripped over anything or felt the space was too small. The bathroom was excellent as the toilet and one sink were in their own room within the large bathroom. The main part of the bathroom also had a great shower, bathtub and 2 sinks. This arrangement was so helpful for 3 of us traveling together. We did not have time to go into the pool, but we did check that out as well as the patio and both were lovely. Wish we had more time to take advantage of the amenities. :)
