Location The air conditioning isn't as cold as we'd like, and we've asked several times to adjust the temperature, but the hotel told us it couldn't be increased. The furniture and bathroom are old.

The staff went above and beyond with exceptional kindness and hospitality throughout my stay. The room offered incredible comfort, particularly the fantastic beds and pristine, modern bathrooms. Additionally, their attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness was truly outstanding. Honestly, virtually nothing to complain about during the entire stay. Everything was handled with precision and high standards, and I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Warsaw.

Very comfortable bed, breakfast was good. It would be very nice, if guests would be informed that parking for 1 (!) night costs 50 EUR. I'd prefer park car on city parking in that way, it was unpleasant surprise. Also, it would be nice to have more choice in breakfast - like vegetables, salads, hot dishes.

Location Air conditioning is not cold.

The comfort and cleanliness of the room were outstanding, and I really appreciated how quiet the floor we stayed on was. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Although I didn't have many interactions with the staff, everyone I crossed paths with was friendly, polite, and professional. I cannot find anything negative to say

Amazing beds, great location, good gym and great pool. The room A/C was not cold at all, they said 21 degrees but definitely warmer than that. Staff was fine, never SUPER nice, just plain ok.
