They didn't give me a code to the wifi, and I couldn't get hold of the one in charge. No shampoo, no hand towel, no laundry detergent to wash clothes. The iron is old and ruined

Derek was very friendful and went out of his way to help. Location was perfect for my needs. Make sure you know exactly where you are going because the Uber drivers do not know or care.

The size of the room was amazing. The kitchen was definitely great. I've lived in smaller, less equipped apartments. Great view over the cyberpunk-dystopia downtown.

Quiet and clean single-bedroomed appartment in good location beside 'Arkadia' shopping mall. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You collect the key at reception and then enter the apartment in the adjoining tower block. Mine had a full kitchen, double bedroom and large bathroom with bath and toilet. Overall a great place to stay and handy to get into the centre on the tram. It took me a minute or two to find the entrance to reception in Block "D" of the complex... but I should have just checked Google Maps sooner!

Hard to find the entrance , need more signs so it is easier to locate the hotel.

The size of the apartment. The friendliness of the staff. No hand or floor towels. Plus the rooms are not at all sound proofed as some people checked in one night at 4am and woke us up and we could hear them clearly through the walls.
