Centrum Scsk Zurawia

Velry close to city ,breakfast was realy good and staff fantastic. Socket in bathroom was out of the wall,toilet was lose .Dust under the beds and bad smell of drain in room of 200. There is no coffee in the room just black tea and kettle.

Room is nice for the price. There was sewage smell in the bathroom; like the pipes are clogged or something.

Location The room was dirty. The bathroom smelled of sewage. One of the windows did not open properly.

I really like the location. It’s so close to the station Warszawa Centralna. The staff was friendly. The fridge in the room didn’t work. It was hard to sleep because it was very hot in the room.

Lokalizacja była największym plusem. Miło też, że nawet po wymeldowaniu można zostawić bagaż na przechowanie. - Lodówka nie działała. Nie było zapasowych do wymiany, a “pan od napraw” ma urlop przez cały lipiec; wymiana pokoju również nie była brana pod uwagę ze względu na brak wolnych (mimo że spotkaliśmy tylko garstkę innych ludzi) - Lodówka miała być obejrzana przy okazji sprzątania pokoju, ale do żadnego sprzątania nie doszło (śmieci, ręczniki, wszystko zostało jak było) - Okno się automatycznie zamykało i nie dało się go uchylić ani wywietrzyć pokoju ze względu na blokadę na kluczyk. Nikt z recepcji nie wiedział, jak na to zaradzić, nie wiedzieli o istnieniu takiego mechanizmu (jednakże wierzę, że to kwestia słabej komunikacji z managementem a nie faktycznego braku wiedzy/zaangażowania młodych recepcjonistów; przy punkcie pierwszym młoda recepcjonistka nawet oferowała miejsce w lodówce pracowniczej w razie pilnej potrzeby) - Ciśnienie wody było słabe a odpływ potrzebował bardzo dużo czasu, by spuścić wodę po szybkim prysznicu bez względu na porę dnia - Meble były stare, pokój wyglądał na dawno nie odnawiany, łóżko było niemalże wklęsłe

Location great No air con, bit warm

Located right in the city center. The breakfast is decent. But wait Can’t imagine who gave this property 3 stars. The overhead lighting in my room wasn’t working (the ceiling panels are leftovers of the office this area is clearly was before). Dirty room. Worn-out towels. Flaking paint in the bathroom. Dozens of electric sockets hidden behind the beds (the relics of the same office)

Breakfast was good (the room a bit small, but content-wise, Ok). Location is excellent, a very central place from which it is easy to transport within the city by metro, tram, bus. The neighborhood is nice. It offers paid parking. Proper cleanliness (or lack there of). The rugs in the hallway, in the room were dirty. The white curtains were...well, not that white in practical terms.

The location. Worn-out hotel. One of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever seen.
