The hotel is in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants in close proximity and walking distance. Also, close to metro stops.

The grout in the shower was dirty and so was the tile floor. You could see the dirt in the grooves of the floor tiles and build up in all the corners. I pulled out a towel that was actually the bottom of the clean towel pile and it was wet like it had been used then folded and put back. The carpet had a big wrinkle that was raised down the center of the room. The beds were not queen size, more like a small full size. And the mattress was shorter than the bed frame so I kept hitting my leg on the corners of the bed frame. No refrigerator in the room which made it hard to have cold drinks. The ice machine on my floor was broken and the ice bucket lid had mold on the underside and it was broken. The cleaning person didn’t leave more cups or a fresh bag for the ice bucket I used the first night. When I asked for a do not disturb sign for my door, because I had none, the cleaning person didn’t speak English and couldn’t understand me. It says there is a restaurant but you had to go outside and around to get to it. It was not part of the hotel. The elevator was very small we barely fit two people and two suitcases inside. Everything was very dated but looked like they tried to fix it with a fresh thick coat of paint but nothing else. It was not worth the price I paid.

Great staff and stay! Rooms are a bit older but updated, plenty of places to eat in the area.

Average stay just needed a place to sleep for a couple hours. Rooms and hotel a bit outdated but clean and friendly staff.

Housekeeping is attentive and diligent, Front Desk representatives are friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, and the location is great for transportation, - bus and or subway is approximately 20 to 30 minutes to Smithsonian museums and other sights and seens. The hotel is in walking distance to local markets, deli, stores, restaurants. Easy to get around!
-
The rooms are outdated, the bath tubs and air/heating unit had a terrible smell when it was turned on initially, but the front desk staff was wonderful.

No laundry
-
Front area not clean Desk staff not helpful No bottled water
-
Clean room. Quiet. Nice maid service.
-
The hotel was noisy with doors slamming, music, loud talking and laughing and smoking from other rooms during late hours and early morning. Not a good stay for this traveler.
-
The business room is just an empty room separate from the bedroom with just a desk and lamp.
-
It was very clean which I appreciate! I wish there were more amenities like a mini fridge etc

The location was good and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is run down. Charging $25 a night for parking that you’re not guaranteed is a bit much. The tv is outdated and did not have much for entertainment, and there wasn’t even a mini fridge to keep drinks in.

For what I paid for a night, I wasn't happy. The property is old and needs a face lift. My room was clean but dirty at the same time. There were stains running down the wall near the bed, curtains were missing, the tub was a dingy brown color( I didn't get in it)
