Great overall. I recommend it for family weekend

Receptionist at our late evening arrival was great. Coffee pot in the room did not work.

They ran out of everything, food, towels (room and pool), and rags. The bartender made a joke about the demographic that was in the hotel and that was the reason they ran out of chicken tenders. The breakfast was horrible. The bar wasn’t even fully stocked.

Hotel is in great location. Booked 2 Double bed suite but it was oversold, so we got King size bed suite. Called for couple hours at night to get extra blanket and pillow, front office answered but we never got it after called twice. Otherwise, Front office staff very courteous and helpful. Property is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. Parking was tricky, used Trader Joe parking in the basement of the hotel. They have great breakfast, courteous crew.

In addition, my child left a small amount of food on the plate, and the staff member cleared it away with a visibly annoyed expression. This made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Overall, the service did not meet our expectations.

It’s a great location close to everything! Breakfast included is a great amenity. I didn’t like the check out process there was no agent at the desk by the time I was checking out to catch my early flight I had to leave the keys at the front desk. Everything else was great! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting DC.

Everything was excellent, but the jets in the hot tub wasn't working. Other than rhan, I always enjoy my stays at Embassy Suites.

Breakfast and staff great! Parking is expensive and awful. Once the specific elevator found there is a ride to reception then transfer to another elevator to room. Understand for security but awkward and difficult to manage especially for handicapped. Luggage carts need maintenance. Great location if no car. No evacuation plan in rooms. Need to provide much more info to guests.

Very impressed with our stay. The hotel was clean and loved the suite layout. Breakfast was excellent with fresh omelletes being made. They have complimentary happy hour for guests in the evenings. Traders joe is next door and most places are accessible from the hotel.

Great location. Walkable to many restaurants and grocery store. We’re in town to visit Washington DC and it was very convenient to take the metro right from the hotel.
