Housekeeping knocks down your door at 8:30am. They entered my room multiple times while I was still there. Breakfast is $16 a person. The hotel is a little dirty and old. Wasn’t a horrible place to stay, but far from the normal Hilton quality

Not sure what happened, perhaps my misunderstanding, but parking available is not the same as parking included. So that was $30 I didn’t plan on spending. Also the price on the app was different than what I was charged. So when I budgeted $125 for the night and end up spending $200, it soured the experience. The hotel was nice, but not worth the $200 for everything.

The location was wonderful, the room was large, and the fridge helpful. I appreciated the coffee. One staff member was kind, friendly, and helpful. Another was not. The lock on my first room was broken. I was moved quickly to another room, but the drain didn't work properly (I had to prop it open), the bed was missing one of the sheets, and the elevators were very slow. The parking policy was not clear. One clerk said I could leave the car for the day after checking out, while another said I would need to be out by 3--an inconvenient time if you are in Bethesda for business and relied upon the first clerk. Overall, I felt safe there, but I would think twice about staying in this Hilton again.

The hotel is nice and clean. We especially like the location to the metro.

I booked this place for a quick trip and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was and how great all the staff was, going out of their way to be helpful every time I interacted with them. The location a few blocks from the metro was convenient, the rooms were clean and renovated, and the property was decorated with a cool, modern vibe that I really liked. The 12pm checkout was also a nice bonus for our last day. I'd definitely stay here again.

Centrally located, parking garage attached, and the experience I expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. Recommend it.

Staff for the most part seemed indifferent and uninterested at best.
-
we had a good 3 night stay. clean room and friendly staff.
-
Nice property in a good area. Extremely friendly staff!
-
Staff was not very attentive, common spaces and elevators were messy / smelled, room had blankets with stains and a significant amount of mold on the ceiling of the shower.
-
The room was clean, but a little tired. Staff was fabulous. Good location in relation to shopping and restaurants. Parking garage was right next door, so dry convenient!
-
For the price, this was not a good value. You have to pay for parking, internet, and breakfast. It was ok.
-
The staff was excellent and very understanding from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, would love to return for a longer stay someday and the breakfast was very convenient.

Bethesda is amazing and I probably will return but not to this hotel.
-
My 5 day stay was generally good. The location is wonderful—lots of eating options around, easy access to Metro and freeways. Easily walkable to Bethesda Row. The only thing that bothered me was when the AC kicked in it made an annoyingly loud sound to begin with. And in DC, you definitely need AC at all times during summer. I slept with ear plugs to minimize the issue. People at front desk and housekeeping were very nice. Would stay again.

Staff was exceptionally nice, both at check-in and ckeck-out and helpful throughout. Location is perfect in downtown Bethesda, 5 minutes away from public transportation by Metro. I highly recommend this place.
-
The room we were given did not have AC. We had to sleep in 80 degree room and were offered a box fan. Ice machines did not work, waited nearly 10 minutes for an elevator, hidden charges. Would like a refund!!!
