Dirty lobby and smelled bad. Smelled like urine in the hallway. When I went inside of room the restroom had throw up in the toilet.

Enjoyed, the laundry machines on fifth floor and ice machine on fourth floor. Convenient check with beverage and snack purchase. Television options too.

The pool not only was not operational, but clearly hasn’t been in a long time.

Hotel is in need of a refresh

The staff, they are friendly and great people I completely understand that this is a three-star hotel, so I was not expecting luxury or high-end facilities. However, I do believe there are basic standards of maintenance and comfort that should be met regardless of the hotel category. The bathroom was probably the most disappointing part of the stay. There was a slight sewage smell, the light flickered constantly, and the bathtub faucet was loose and rusty. Overall, the bathroom felt very dated and, more importantly, poorly maintained. Another major issue was the air conditioning, which was extremely noisy. At night, you basically had to choose between turning it off and sleeping in silence but feeling too warm, or keeping the room at a comfortable temperature while dealing with constant noise. The location is excellent, but unfortunately the condition and maintenance of the facilities did not match it. I was not expecting anything luxurious, just a clean, functional, and comfortable place to stay. With some much-needed maintenance and updating, the experience could be significantly improved.

I had a flying giant cockroach and could not sleep last night. Terrible experience

Everything, FIRST ROOM THEY SENT US TO WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED, THE SECOND WAS RIGHT NEXT TO A RESTAURANT ABD SMELLED LIKE DEAD ANIMALS, THE THIRD ROOM WAS A SINGLE BED (ASSUMED MY BROTHER AND I WERE A COUPLE) LAST BUT NOT LEAST BUGS ON PILLOW!

The only good is the proximity to things. Restaurants, NIH, Bus stations, and military hospital. I would never stay here again.

Hotel needs renovation badly. Really gross odors and nothing works.

Room121 urgently needs a very serious evaluation, as it is falling apart completely! Wallpaper tearing off the walls, musty carpet, switches not working, lamps damaged/stained, old/broken furniture, roaches crawling on the bed!?!? Bathroom sink clogged!!!

Nothing It smelt like pee as soon as I walked in , was charged 20 dollar parking even tho I didn’t park at the hotel , the tub was insanely disgusting there were nasty streaks coming from the tub I asked for a refund and didn’t receive it

The room and property were good. The issue here is the parking situation. They charge $20 per night to park but it is 1st come 1st serve and you are not guaranteed a spot due to the limited spaces available. It is wrong to charge people if you can't ensure parking
