Residence Inn by Marriott Bethesda Downtown

We stayed in a K suite which was roomy and very comfortable. It had a main room with a small but well equipped full kitchen, table with four chairs and a large couch. A separate bedroom had a comfy king bed. There were two large tvs in the suite with many stations on each. Included full breakfast was really good with plenty of hot and cold choices in an attractive, glassed in area. Minor negatives were somewhat lumpy pillows which they probably would have changed if I asked and the shower is in the tub and the head was too high. I would have liked a sliding bar for the shower head to accommodate shorter people. Plenty of good choices of snacks and frozen items in the lobby area. Would gladly stay again in the future.

Customer service outstanding

Clean hotel in a good location for what I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The valets were fast. One of the two elevators was not working, but they provided signed access to the two staff elevators to make up for it.

The room was very nice and spacious ! I really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was friendly as well. The only challenge was the elevator, one is under construction and we had to wait each time.

The property was lovely. Rooms are huge and delicious breakfast for the entire stay. Valet parking in and out all day. Would definitely be my place when visiting the area.

The in room coffee maker could use an upgrade.

Excellent service and a very good breakfast selection. Restaurants around were amazing! May be the parking situation can be a little cheaper.

The whole place is very clean.I seen a couple pets all quiet and parking.They have ballet parking.If you want , I usually do valet parking , it is easy

Breakfast was OK, I've had better at other locations within this brand. They failed to disclose an elevator renovation, which was so loud they had to change our room. The public areas are old and worn, the rooms were recently renovated however. The location is excellent, use the public lot across the street to save $. The public space is worn out and beat up looking. Visible wear and tear in public spaces. The large dogs allowed everywhere. Overpriced valet parking, so parked in public lot around the corner.

The breakfast was great! You don’t need to use the valet service there is public parking one block away.
