VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE OVERALL..........HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Beautiful complimentary breakfast and the gym was wonderful. The valet parking attendants were wonderful especially Washington. He was very attentive. The only thing I did not like was that our room never got cleaned during the day.

Location Too corporate. Getting shabby

Passable

We stayed in a cozy one-bedroom suite with a living area and kitchen. The bed was comfortable, and the excellent blackout curtains made it possible to sleep well into the morning. The lobby also offers a convenient business workspace with a couple of computers and a printer. The hotel serves a wonderful hot breakfast buffet, and the breakfast staff were very friendly. The waffle maker seemed to be available only on weekends. We mostly ate out, including at the excellent nearby Andy’s Pizza. For Catholics who want to attend daily or weekend Mass, a Catholic church is within a 10-minute walk.

We checked in late at night, and we had paid in advance for valet parking. The front desk people said the valet had gone home and told us just to leave the car double parked in the street and that someone else would take care of it. They out a $40 charge on my bill gene though I had already paid for it through Expedia. Besides that- the breakfast was not very good and one of the two elevators was being renovated so it took forever to get places.

Room was very cool. Didn’t experience breakfast
-
It was okay. You get what you pay for by location. Staff was great. Bed was comfortable. Convenient kitchenette. Breakfast was good. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. The couch was dirty with crumbs and debris like they haven’t cleaned around or under the cushions of a sleeper couch in months. Only one elevator was working the entire weekend. We had 2 people in our group with wheelchairs. Told there was also freight elevator to use, but there were stairs involved.

We stayed in a K suite which was roomy and very comfortable. It had a main room with a small but well equipped full kitchen, table with four chairs and a large couch. A separate bedroom had a comfy king bed. There were two large tvs in the suite with many stations on each. Included full breakfast was really good with plenty of hot and cold choices in an attractive, glassed in area. Minor negatives were somewhat lumpy pillows which they probably would have changed if I asked and the shower is in the tub and the head was too high. I would have liked a sliding bar for the shower head to accommodate shorter people. Plenty of good choices of snacks and frozen items in the lobby area. Would gladly stay again in the future.

Customer service outstanding

Clean hotel in a good location for what I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The valets were fast. One of the two elevators was not working, but they provided signed access to the two staff elevators to make up for it.
