Had to call for coffee, tea, sugar and milk to be refilled But to be fair to the staff, their service was good and responsive.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Hotel was lovely, super clean, no access to top floors without key card which gave amazing security. Only complaint was having to pay for the parking at the hotel while staying at the hotel. $120 just for parking for a 3 night stay on top of the hotel bill.

Courteous staff. However basic items such as body wash and an iron needed to be requested ( ironing board that was brought up to the room was broke) - eventually a steamer was brought to my room.

Waited about 20 minutes to check in because only one clerk on duty at 3pm, which is check in time. Didn’t use restaurant, but little efficiency shop didn’t carry yogurt or Diet Coke, which was disappointing. There is a Trader Joe’s about a block away which is convenient. Location of hotel is convenient. About 10 minute walk to Metro. About 15 minute walk to Bethesda Row. Didn’t use $40/day parking which is crazy. Lots of Spot Hero options close by.

Nice place to stay. Didn’t like how small n compact the garage is and that it’s $40 a night but other then that everything was nice.

Very accommodating and clean hotel. Professional staff with amazing amenities. Cleared up a problem I had with a room great!!

Don’t use the pool unless you like swimming in a pool while it’s draining with no lifeguard to warn you! And then have to chase THEM around for 12 hours for an update, talking to 6 different people, only to offer a pathetic “compensation” aka a DISCOUNT off 1 night :)

The water in the bathroom was disgustingly brown and took several seconds to run clean. Hot water in the shower also took a while. Overall the stay was good but there were some challenges.

My room didn’t have a fan in the bathroom, so it stunk like butt. Exposed wires from the wall under my bed. Didn’t realize I had to pay an extra 40 a night for parking. No breakfast. Asked for more pillows and blankets, and got one tiny blanket. A bunch of their products from the store they have wouldn’t ring up, so the guy just rang it up as some random thing. Turned on the heat in our room and it stunk so bad. Sells things to microwave, but no microwave in the room. I do not recommend this hotel at all, and am super disappointed in this place and stay. Do better please.
