Incredible experience - spotless (one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in), great amenities in terms of food, toiletries, and facilities, very comfortable room, felt so safe as a solo traveller, on a good bus route into the city centre, would 100% stay again!

I was surprised by the dormitory hotel. It didn’t look great on the outside but when you walked in it reminded me of a cozy old hotel. Yet the best part was how kind and friendly the staff were. I really felt welcomed. They helped me with my luggage to the this floor as there was not an elevator, and brought it down when I was leaving. They made suggestions for local restaurants and guided me perfectly on getting the right bus and which trains to take to get to my location. I’m 75 and I felt very comfortable and slept well. Five stars for the staff. I deeply appreciated you.
