- Service: 0/10. Everyone is bothered by your existence. No one wants to help or even smile at you. Valet guys are unfriendly and rude. Also, lots of hidden fees that rack up. - Location: About 1 block from the ghetto. The entire street smells like weed and trash. Would never recommend.

We stay at this hotel every trip to dc we love the hotel itself but it can definitely use some updating the headboard pleather is peeling ac was either ice cold all the way down or hot if not constantly on we chose to do a suite for this trip as was our anniversary and we personally would have rather a regular room has more counter space in the bathroom and just seemed more equipped but we love the kitchen staff and location

The Location was so convenient and The hotel was so clean and well kept.

Also, the breakfast room staff was exceptionally delightful and friendly.

The location was great and the quality was average. Headboard had holes in it and room was hot.

Friendly staff, the room could’ve been a little bit cleaner, my room looks like it's been through something, other than that a great stay!

The beds were uncomfortable and the AC system seemed to struggle. Otherwise, it was a decent day.

The hotel was very clean throughout the property. The staff was very friendly. They greeted us as we left and as we came back. We especially loved how close the hotel was to food and the metro station.

Cleanliness

The staff were exceptional. Everyone from valet, front desk, house keeping, restaurant and maintenance were super helpful and informative. Hotel was very clean. Restaurant was great. Drinks were excellent. Bar tender even went above and beyond making cocktails for our teen.

Only downfall they cleaned carpet with loud machine when we were eating dinner couldn't have conversation was going to have more drinks but left it wad too loud and was before closing
