Great stay!
-
Check in was a lot longer than usual and the desk staff seemed as if I was troubling them when I asked for any assistance.
-
Room was next to a train line , facing a brick wall. I don’t know why this hotel got 9 rating.
-
For the price of the rooms at the hotel they should provide breakfast to customers but other than that it was a nice well maintained hotel
-
Extremely comfortable, safe, clean hotel with kind staff that went out of their way to help us with whatever request we had! 10/10, will be back!
-
GREAT rooftop bar but wish it was open Sunday nights. The trains behind the hotel were obnoxious all hours. The coffee in the lobby isn’t great. The bed was great. The shower head is a rain shower, I don’t like those, no pressure at all.
-
The staff was extremely welcoming and very friendly. The room was very spacious and clean with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. Loved the whole experience

Very clean and pleasant environment. Sleep well, we did not try the breakfast but I will stay there again.

The hotel has removed most of the family-oriented amenities they still advertise. The upstairs restaurant/lounge is now geared more toward a 21+ club atmosphere, and the kids menu is gone. There were very few child-friendly food options available. They also advertise a courtyard/garden walking area for families, but guests are not allowed access because it is locked off for residence-level guests only. Another major issue: the downstairs family restaurant and normal breakfast setup no longer exist. We specifically asked about breakfast and were told it was only available for “corporate level” guests unless we paid extra for an upgrade. Staff were rude about it, and there was no standard family breakfast available like pancakes, waffles, etc. also the bartender downstairs made a snide remark about me to the guests and made me the subject of a joke I didn’t appreciate that. The biggest concern for us was that they have removed the vending machines, basic snacks, and even over-the-counter emergency medicine options. My son became sick in the middle of the night, and we had no way to get basic medicine or snacks without using DoorDash late at night. Also, the advertised rooftop/view photos are misleading. The images make it look like you can see the monuments from the rooftop, but that was not our experience at all. The view shown online appears edited.
