The coffee shop served excellent coffee, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. I honestly wasn't expecting much, so it was a pleasant surprise. The room was comfortable, and while the bathroom was fairly basic, everything was clean and functional. Overall, this was a great place to stay in the area, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Toilet clogged which apparently was an issue that had happened before. I have traveled all over the world and this was the first time the toilet at a hotel clogged. They changed my room which was inconvenient and they did not even bother to offer anything for the inconvenience. That’s crappy customer service which is on brand for DC but this hotel took it to the next level.

Decent place!

Was close to restaurants. The hotel did not have breakfast, was not tidy and there was a rate/mouse!!
-
Close to DuPont Circle

I was changed $1400 and I have no clue why when I paid for my rooms on a 3rd party site and the room was slept in a total of 12 hours for 2 days and I didn’t check out late or check in early. This place is a scam

The coffee shop Only 1 elevator, a/c wasn’t working consistently

there is nothing to like about this property everything was horrible. the bedsheets were humid and wet when we checked in, we had to pay $60 for parking, another $100 for deposit (refundable but 4-5 business days after checking out) and $40 hidden fee nonrefundable.

Exceeded my expectations. Very clean. Very cool room. Loved the bathrobes! Had very handy tasty meal in the bar downstairs. Very close to subway which was super handy for the airport. Staff were very helpful.

We are a family of three in a four-bed room. It feels like used to be a hostel. The location is good, the bed is comfortable, good public space on first floor.

Wasn’t crazy about this place. Didn’t like the location. There is construction going on right in front of the hotel & hard to get too. The pool is small. The room is small & stuffy. The restaurant was never opened. The elevator wasn’t working. Only thing I like was the coffee shop. The latte was delicious!

No towels. No cleaning. Not worth the money. Only pro: the location.
-
clean, great location some construction around, easily heard neighbors in the hallway
-
The location was conveniently close to subway and most happening places in the city. Lack of cleanliness was visible to the naked eye. There was hair in the shower for example, and the entire hallways smelled like mix of weed and mold. Perhaps the carpets are too old and dirty. There was no water boiler of coffee maker in the room either. For such a high amount of charge, that is the least that must be provided.

I loved this hotel! Very nice space, friendly space, and great part of town. I really appreciated the ease of check in. I also enjoyed the cleanliness of the common areas. Honestly, I have no complaints!

Overalls good experience. Basic Coffee ☕️ maker would make our stay little more comfortable.
