Listen I can get why people have issues. It's a sketchy as heck motel. But thats just what it looks like. The staff are amazing and the room was nice. Good price and good staff is more than enough

Nice staff, clean, parking is $10/night for cars

Would not recommend.

J'ai moins aimé l'aspect sécurité. La localisation était dans un quartier douteux. De voir un plastique bloquant devant le réceptionniste indiquait que l'endroit n'est pas très sécuritaire.

Insects and bugs in the reception area. As soon as you enter the rooms you're hit with the thick smell of cigarettes and melting plastic. Air conditioning was so loud and noisy. Bathroom extractor fan was the same and continued long after it was switched off. Insects and bugs were everywhere in the bathroom and sometimes in the room itself. As someone who is a bit of a hypochondriac and has OCD I didn't even want to risk sleeping in the bed. On the two nights I stayed there I hardly slept as there was a lot of noise coming from the neighbouring rooms and from right outside my room. Was also alarmed to learn while I was there that someone had had some of their valuables stolen from their room so I decided to store some of my things in my padlocked suitcase and took the rest out with me and carried them around with me everywhere that day. This place truly is a horror hotel or should I more accurately say a 'horror motel'.

A decent place if you just need to sleep and take a shower while visiting DC. At the time of this review, you cannot find a better price in DC than this hotel. I would stay again if I just need a place to crash after visiting the museums and attractions.

Lit confortable, prix abordable

Great value for money - clean and comfortable, spacious room and accommodating and capable staff. Parking was $10 which for Washington isn't bad. Parking lot lit up like a Christmas tree so felt fairly secure. It's all the way across Washington so you do need to do a bit of city driving to get there. Probably don't leave anything valuable in the car though that's good advice anywhere.

Staff is Good. Room is tidy and value for money. Paid parking but price is budget friendly. Next to Gas station and fast food restaurants. Enjoyed staying there.

I only stayed one night of the total 5–6 days I reserved the room. There were people smoking right outside their doors, and the smoke was being pulled in by my AC unit. Although the sheets looked clean and the room as a whole was clean, there were cigarette burns on the bed skirting, and there was what looked like non-roach/bedbug bugs in some of the corners of the room. The furniture was heavily used and worn out. It would be great for a budget stay, but it also didn't feel super safe. I would stay again if needed, but if I have the money to find something better, I will. Parking is behind a secure gate for a fee.
