We had a nice room. Hotel by Main Street and car noise is horrible. You pay for your own parking

Great breakfast! Personable staff. I did not appreciate paying extra for parking. Before the hotel was taken over by IHG, I did not have to pay for parking.

The hotel was nice, but the as soon as you walk in the lobby you are greeted with a gnarly stench that continued in the elevator and into the hallways. The room was nice, the beds & pillows were awesome but there was two holes in the walls, the bathroom walls need to be cleaned or swiped down, the AC worked Great!, the breakfast & coffee was awesome. Donald at the front desk made our stay much more comfortable. We did stay in the back side of the hotel where the trains passed, the Amtrak wasn’t bad but the freight trains was the loudest. Overall we had a good stay.

The breakfast was good and location and staff was good. I was disappointed as soon as we arrived. The blinds in room 521 did not open so we were closed in the entire trip. The water in the handicap accessible bathroom spilled out and left an awful smell and mess into the room. Housekeeping banged over and over after I told the front desk I’d be down in a few, as I have a disability and cannot walk. Unfortunately I was disappointed with this.

great customer service, clean all around

The original front desk man who helped me did not know what he was doing and could not answer my question of why he was charging me more than the documented proof of what I owe. He would not listen or provide clarification. The young lady who helped me next (and was a newer employee) was wonderful and understood what he did wrong and corrected the issue and I was charged appropriately.

This was an awful experience! We got there at 1:20am after a concert, checked in, left to get food came back. Went in to a huge centipede running across the bedroom floor and under the bed. We left by 2am.

The room was clean, quiet, and well plenty of accessible power outlets. The staff was remarkably attentive and professional. Parking was secure and hassle-free, and the hotel is conveniently located near the transit links. The express check-out feature made my departure seamless.

Staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast was excellent. It will become our go to hotel in D.C.

The room was clean and in order. The staff was super helpful and kind. I wanted to leave my things there early at the hotel and then go explore the museums and then check in later and the staff was so helpful. They allowed me to check in early without any additional fees or anything. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.
