The staff are super friendly and my kids loved the place. The location is central to landmarks. The staff are prompt to response and I felt safe. For breakfast, there's variety to choose from and enough space to sit and eat with others in the hotel. The room was clean and air conditioning, lighting were all in good working order.

Location was great. The check in staff Lorriane & The velet Mr. Joe was excellent.. The room had an amazing view..very clean .. The initial check in staff was EXCELLENT !!! The nightime supervisor named Mike was absolutely horrible! He was very rude & very unapproachable & extremely nasty all around not only to me but other guests and his staff! The area was very noisy though... we heard every siren outside all day and night

The room is clean and the stuff friendly. There is tea/coffee service in the lobby full time. I love that decaffeinated tea bags are provided. Check out time is great at noon as most hotels are at 11 now. However, the place doesn't give a small late check out at all. You have to pay extra immediately. They also don't provide a public bathroom in the lobby. Once we checked out, waiting to catch public transportation to the airport, we had to ask for a bathroom key.
