Super easy to find and spotless room.

This hotel was really cozy, it felt like staying in a welcoming home. The communal areas were really unique and fun, a nice way to mingle with other guests or pass the time solo/with friends. The full kitchen and washer/dryer were useful amenities I really didn’t expect but appreciated! Also, the location is very convenient, plenty of shops and food within walking distance and the bus stop is right around the corner! I recommend this place to anyone and I hope to stay here again!

Rooms are spacious and well kept. Staff is helpful and location is convenient.
-
The only drawback was the distance to the nearest subway station.
-
Nothing to complain about. Good experience - it is what it claims to be.

I went on a family trip for a week and got the deluxe studio. It had 4 beds and lots of space. It has no parking, so be prepared to pay for parking across the street if you take a car. This is also a hostel so if you don’t need a full room you can get a bed. The staff that helped me was great. I recommend.

Second time I’ve stayed and I would again. Clean, convenient, and welcoming.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Good price.

Really loved our stay! The room is tiny, more like European space, but they use the space well to cover all the bases and provide amenities - ours even had a folding chair and table if we needed it. Shared fridge and dishwasher, coffee, ice, filtered water, etc. Fantastic location; The neighborhood is so vibrant and has amazing food, all very walkable. Parking is always an issue in DC and the garage across the street is very convenient (but be warned, if you need to actually use your car for anything, you’ll end up paying $44 or more per day). Hotel staff very helpful about various street parking rules if you go that route. Definitely would stay again!

Quite nice but only one washer and dryer for a very large hostel. And there are no directions on the washer to tell people that the normal cycle takes ~90 minutes, while delicate cycle only ~40 minutes. Easy fix.

Great place to stay in Adams Morgan! 10/10 would do again. Loved the annex

Every little detail was thought out. Had a great stay. Exceptional value for money- no frills, great for students, working professionals who are looking for a clean place to sleep at night.

Great area! Very clean, helpful staff, amazing coffee & tea! You have everything you need. Naz was the best! Very sweet & gave us fantastic recommendations. Andy’s pizza & Madams Organ were excellent. Walk to metro at DuPont circle was better than other metro stop. Uber was easy as well. Loved it!

This hotel is in Adams Morgan and is walkable to restaurants bars and pharmacies. There's even a farmers market on the weekend. Staff was nice and our room was comfortable. I didn't hear any other guests. They had toiletries available in the lobby with an array of tea to choose from. Coffee was always available. There could be a little update to the room seating such as a small rather than a folding chair to improve the decor in the queen room. The toilet could've also been cleaner and the toilet bowl cleaner brush and holder were stained. There was a vending machine available and ironing supplies were in the lobby. It was good for a short stay. Parking wasn't ideal but we found steer parking.

Loved the space; the location is in a fantastic diverse neighborhood, and the staff was SO kind and helpful! I had a private room, but there is also a hostel set up with a ton of shared spaces. It was really interesting and perfect for my solo trip.

Was looking for an affordable stay near downtown DC. It is a walk but wasn’t crazy far away took me about 40 mins to walk to White House. Plenty of public space l , small room but I knew that going in. If I had to stay in DC would book again. Great for solo and younger crowd.

Well designed and you get amenities like your own home - coffee and kitchen and toiletries. Sufficient bathrooms , never a wait

A great stay, definitely would stay again.

All the spaces clean and well equipped and great location! Everything was great! Just keep in mind that the area has a lot of restaurants and bars so sometimes in the night will be loud!!
