Hyatt House Washington DC/The Wharf

We were, however, very disappointed that we could not park in the garage adjacent to the hotel. They do not have their own parking garage, and the two closest garages were full due to a concert at the Wharf. My husband had to drop me and our luggage at the hotel, park three blocks away in another garage, and walk back. Very inconvenient. Luckily, we did not need to use our vehicle during our three-night stay.

Excellent hotel, great amenities and prime location

Fantastic location!! The wharf had a ton of wonderful bars and restaurants. It was a little loud at night when we actually were in the room but it stopped promptly at 11am. Only negative inside the room was the shower: water pressure in the shower was a little too soft and the water was a little harder than we are used to. Other than that, all good! Donnie (Donathan) was AWESOME !! Love that guy.

Could use more counterspace in the bathroom and the floor in bath is very slick when wet - so could use a larger floor towel for the shower/bath. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. Pool was nice and clean as were all common areas of the hotel. The location was very convenient on the wharf to numerous dining and entertainment options.

Beautiful property. Easy to get to everything on the wharf. And very large room and bathroom. We enjoyed our stay.

The check-in was a little difficult. Had to wait in line twice. The area was a little disappointing. There are plenty of really good restaurants, but the area had beggers, pot-smokers and questionable characters.

We had a great sta, the hotel is very nice and walkable to lots of museums and monuments.

Great hotel near to everything. Room was large and clean. The location was excellent and the pool had a great view. Staff was really helpful and when we had a small issue with streaming from the TV they came up and worked diligently to fix the issue. would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views! Really enjoyed my stay.

The roof top pool was great after an arduous day strolling around DC with at least 40lbs of clothing and toiletries. They were courteous enough to hold our bags before check in so we could explore DC at our leasure.

Room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel, Fantastic location. The only negative is that my room wasn't ready until about 15 minutes after the check in time. Doesn't seem like much, but I was on a tight schedule that day. That said, I'd definitely stay again

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was good. Lots of dinner options on the waterfront. Only knock was the ice machine on my floor was not working so I had to go to another floor to get ice

The location on the wharf is perfect! It doesn’t feel like you’re in the city but at a resort. Out your doorstep is a boardwalk, restaurants and a beautiful water view. The hotel’s rooftop pool is nice and the rooms are above par. Definitely will use this hotel again!

Pretty decent breakfast. Handful of restaurants of any style around the hotel.
