Compromised,,Had no other options.. Long long staircases.... If the bed were covered from all sides then the privacy would have been much better..As other places had it..

For this money, it was okay. But it's too noisy as it's near a nightclub or party bar. However, for 1 night it's ok. Also, no place to leave the luggage. And some people are really weird. Not safe to stay longer than 1 night. For the price, it was okay, but it was very noisy since it's located near a nightclub or party bar. However, for just one night, it was manageable. There was also no place to leave my luggage, and some guests seemed a bit odd. I wouldn't feel safe staying for longer than one night. Bed was very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and very present. Price was affordable. Night was peaceful. There are a lot of stairs, just to get to the check-in, then more to get to the room. The kitchen wasn't as orderly as I'd expect, but at least there's a kitchen, and if it's used by people who live there, I suppose it was relatively clean. And be ready to encounter people who practically live there.

- I liked the location - city bus runs 24/7 and overall frequently. - The showers have hot water and the restrooms are spacious. - There's a cleaning crew that does clean daily. - Staff is friendly and organize - When you arrive, it feels like you are entering a residential building vs commercial (company). - Women in the room were descent. - Several popular places to eat all around - Great convenience store across the street and it's located on a street that never sleeps. There's so much to do all around. There's no reason to ever be bored or stuck in the room. - The price was not bad for what the owner offers. - Restroom wait time is not bad. We had three options. - Check-in/check-out style is out dated. Owner needs to keep up with the Hospitality Management industry trend and hand Folios. - Lockers were not in the room and they were not free. - Owner needs to invest in keyless entry (tap or insert card method) That will make the rooms more secure and he will probably do away with $10.00 key deposit. - Bunk beds are missing individual lights. - Bunk beds did not have shades and the stair to the top did not work, nor was it secured. So, I slept on a lower bunk vs top bunk. - Midnight visitors. The first night was ok; but since they were allowed to show up all four nights; it became bothersome. Windows was jammed for about 2 nights, but then they fixed. So, that was good.
