The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a long time There was a great variety of choices, and everything was fresh and delicious. The only downside was the street closures due to the Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington, DC, which was taking place during my stay. However, this was no fault of the hotel. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay at Hyatt Place DC again. The location was perfect for visiting the Museum of the Bible.

I was disappointed by the breakfast. It had many options, both hot and cold but the daily scrambled eggs were always way past well done and the turkey (not pork) sausages were dry and tasteless. Bacon was served only once during my 5 breakfasts. The fresh fruit was mostly still too green. The staff was friendly and professional.

I also want to compliment Andrea (the bartender) I met manning the lobby bar. Not only is she friendly, funny but very professional and excellent at her craft. She was a delight!

All Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Morning Breakfast was always fresh and hot. Breakfast Staff was friendly and prompt with service. Very nice hotel with reasonable pricing and great location to Metro and Museums. Thank you for having us and looking forward to returning.

The breakfast served are the usual food served in most of hotels that offers free breakfast. The price of the room was pricey compared to the one that we booked in Florida.

Really enjoyed the breakfast and location to national mall. Stayed in a one bedroom suite which I’d highly recommend w kids! Only downside is not much food around the actual location but it was an easy walk to the wharf

Awesome stay for the family, great location. King suite was elegant with private bedroom and plenty of tvs for kids. Breakfest was top notch. Location is super convenient and the kids even got a tour of the firestation on ground level. One block from bible musuem, 2 blocks from air n space musuem. Biggest issue was the water pressure was low on the shower, maintaince came right away to remedy it best they could, also tv lost signal during the storm and no ability to connect a chromecast for the kids.
