Residence Inn by Marriott Washington, DC National Mall

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had an accessible room with a drain in the center of the bathroom floor and the water went all over the bathroom whenever you took a shower we told the front desk but it didn’t appear that there was anything that could be done too correct this all in all it was a good stay. Breakfast was excellent. They had everything you could think of to eat unfortunately, we were in the business district and there was very little around for dinner restaurants most places closed by 7 PM and the hotel did not have anything available. Once breakfast was done. We did enjoy the fact that we were right around the corner from the museum of the Bible, but we ended up using Uber to get to the national mall and other museums naturally because it was hot in August and we were on our feet all day. The pool area was OK nothing exceptional and during summer vacation of course there were lots of kids in the pool.

Parking is ridiculous, especially if you have a big vehicle, pool water could have been cleaner. Breakfast was very good.

Good breakfast buffet

Very comfortable beds, friendly and accommodating staff. Shortish walk to most museums. Cockroaches in the first room we were in. They moved us and didn't seem to be more. Very tiny parking garage.

Beds are on the harder end which wad good for my back. Overall a very pleasant experience.

This property was in a great location and overall, we really liked the property, but the first night we arrived we were out in a handicapped room (not our preference). I woke up to go to the bathroom and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. We did ask to change rooms and eventually the request was accommodated but it took awhile.

Hotel was very convenient to The National Mall, Property was Clean and well maintained. Only complaint was A/C would not drop below 71 degrees. Entrance to garage was very tight even for cars. Breakfast was best free breakfast of any hotel we have stayed at. Staff was excellent and very attentive to every need (Except A/C Issue). Would highly recommend.

The sofa bed in one of my bedrooms wasn’t thick enough, and it was very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was amazing every morning. Staff was super accommodating. The area is quiet and felt safe. Great location to the Metro. Lots of the places close to grab food/coffee do have weird hours though. Room was spacious. Pillows were nice but bed was a bit hard for my taste but not horrible. Would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel, very clean, attentive staff

We had an amazing stay. The 2 queen/suite was perfect! Plenty of space and very clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent and working staff were so professional and friendly. Everything was excellent.
