Very clean room, excellent location and very nice staff.

If I were the type to write negative reviews, I would be in a quandary. I can’t think of a thing to complain about!

Location was great Valet parking was expensive but seemed the only option

The breakfast was extremely overpriced, and the food was cold, and the service was horrendous. The bar was nice and the bartender was very helpful. This location is phenomenal, but the prices for parking are outrageous.

Overall, the breakfast was good, the service was good, however, it could have been clearer; the tables were sticky, after us, the chairs were not refreshed and the individual chairs and tables were hard to move/make more comfortable As stated above, cleanliness especially in the bar/lounge and eating area

Overall nice clean hotel with friendly staff I was disappointed there was no hotel restaurant like in the picture the downstairs restaurant was very limited and very limited children food options was not near much family friendly walking restaurants

Great location and the entire staff was friendly, they were top notch!

The location of this hotel was ideal - close to the main train station as well as the airport. We were able to walk to most of the museums/sites with ease. The staff are lovely - friendly and helpful (special thanks for taking our same day laundry in a bit later than the cut off time!!).

Room was not ready until 7:30! No

The room had a beautiful view I had to wait until almost 6 pm to be able to check in as my room was not ready. After a long day of travel the last thing anyone wants to do is sit in a noisy lobby waiting for a room. I also feel that the hotel is overpriced.

The location is its strong point. Staff was friendly and the lobby is lovely. The air conditioning in our room said it was set to 65 and there was NO WAY it was 65. I am cold blooded and it was so hot in the room. I think there was a motion detector on it so when your room is empty all day it doesn't run and then it's impossible to catch up. It wasn't even real hot when we were there and the room was always on the verge of unbearable.

The front desk Agent Layla did a wonderful job upgrading my room complimentary to the 12th floor with a balcony for my woman’s birthday and she was very pleased, although she did request for food and beverage to place a complimentary bottle of champagne however their system was down so we did not receive that but I did make a point to give her my gratitude when I saw her in the morning and I thanked her for her wonderful customer service and for going above and beyond to help me make my woman’s birthday special.
