Worst self check in experience. The pods were plastic everyone someone moved it was like rolling a ball in a bucket. The clocks, etc inside were not even real and didn’t work. The showers were in the basement with exposed piping etc. maybe what I’d expect in SE Asia or Central America, not Washington DC.

The capsules were nice, clean and comfortable. The charging port in my capsule was not working so I left my phone with reception to charge in their charging bank. I liked that the hotel was an easy walk to a subway station which got me downtown quickly. Other than the charging port, nothing comes to mind.

The capsule and the room were clean. The shower area was also great. It had a nice cafe connected to it. In an amazing nebourhood. I would recommend it for shorter stays. The lockers were kinda outdated so I needed to call staff to open it. Although they came right away and was always happy to help so it weren't a problem.

I really didn't know what to expect withthecapsule dorms the beds were clean and roomey enough for me.....even the guest inside were friendly and helpful. Only thing the elevator broke after I got my shower 🚿 for the evening. The Café was awesome....I will definitely stay here again!!!

Broken capsule without properly working sockets, ACs. It was a 22 capsules room while I booked for 4 capsule room. No staff was there to sort this out. Infact they replied rudely not at all hospitable. Zero accountability. For every complaint they asked to contact third party (booking.com). This was the worst accomodation I had ever visited. I hardly stayed for 6 hrs. I did not felt safe at all at this location. I want full refund. This spoiled my whole experience of Washington DC. This was like a trash room.

Convenience of booking Needs more ADA accommodations. No seating in the rooms. Need seating for people to pack n unpack. Some travelers are older and less mobile.
