Family Hotel

The location was pretty good, right in the center of Wavre. The hotel itself was clean and decently maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing about the hotel but the town isn’t the cleanest.

Nothing. It was terrible! It was dirty, could not open the door. No valid telephone number or any contact at all. Finally, some homeless guy opened the door for us and asked what weekday it was. Never-ever would I come near that place again. Also, no staff to ask anything or register the stay. As for the rest of the people there - they seemed as homeless as the guy I referred to earlier. Please stay away!! THAT IS NOT A HOTEL

Good location. Pleasant host. Tv didnt work ie no channels to watch very outdated tv could do with being upgraded

Hotel is in a very old building not really renovated. Rooms were not properly clean (there were hair in the shower) and hot water was not running.

quiet location backstreet can gets buzy w party goers at night but overall quiet .. not as advertised - NO PARKING ( dirt bumpy field open to homles is presented as a "secured lot" - no mini bar nor ridge - no tv ( screen is only hooked to netflix) - no charm at all,( dated and tasteless) would be a fair trave if half the price advert totally misrepresents the place and cathegory of the venue hense the deception and frustration NOT A CHARM HOTEL at all would be suited as a student hotel or traveling contractors night accomodation if price was half what it is

I got what I want, good beds, quiet place and nice host
