It's a transit hotel for busses with tourists so the breakfast was a chaotic experience to say the least.

Room functional OK, heating OK. Access very difficult through residential area with very, very narrow streets! GPS did not know easiest access along Do It Y-Center BRICO. No (or well hidden) signs guiding to IBIS Hotel! TV Remote / TV Guide simply of no use, Channels numbered without names unable to display daily program, no intuitive using of the remote - just gave up trying.

Friendly staff. Good value for money Carpet is no longer the most hygienic flooring option. The bath towels were of average quality.

The staff is very cooperative. They helped us find a taxi as we were not able to do it. We were with kids and it was night, so their help in arranging transport was really helpful for us.

Upgraded from a family room to 2 interlocking rooms so lots of space and comfortable beds. Decent breakfast with lots of variety. We needed to see a doctor whilst we were there and reception sorted this all out for us and managed to get an appointment on a Sunday within 2 hrs - this was brilliant as we are from the UK and my daughter caught tonsillitis! Not a great choice of places to eat within walking distance.

It was excellently located (to Walibi Belgium theme park) which was ideal. The hotel and room was exceptionally clean and the girl on reception (didn’t get her name) was very helpful and welcoming, a credit to your staff. The beds were comfy. The room had working air conditioning and great Wi-Fi so the kids were happy! ☺️ The cleaning staff had made up the room when we went out for the day, even folding and placing our clothes neatly away. ?? Nothing
