Best Western Webster Hotel, Nasa

We have stayed there about five times when I have to go over to UTMB hospital or doctor, every day was excellent, the rooms were very clean. The staff was very nice. The parking was great and the breakfast was wonderful. I could say to make the breakfast a little more would be to add bacon. That’s about the worst. I can say about it. We will choose to stay there as long as I have to go there to see my surgeons and doctors.

Great hotel- good room with refreshing feel all the time

Expect the value that you pay. This is an older Hotel that is just that, an older, less renovated hotel. Had a slight smell to the place, bed sheets had light stains on 1-2 small areas, cleanliness just was not there. But the lady at the front desk that night was just so insanely nice, a 5 star employee working at a 2 star hotel

The entire property smelled like a sewer. It was difficult to make it just one night. If I wasn’t so exhausted from the long drive, I would have left

The breakfast was good. The price was affordable There was more bad than good at this hotel. It had a very strong smell, stunk of sewage / humidity from carpets. Oddly enough, there was so many mosquitoes everywhere! We didn’t know where they were coming from. Room was too small for comfort. Our shower didn’t have a shower curtain so there was water everywhere. We got noise complaints about my children who were just playing.

This was by far the most disgusting nasty hotel I have ever stepped foot in. We checked in the guy at the check in was nice, and we got a room right away. Upon entering the room I noticed the floors were very dirty had crumbs and debris dirt everywhere looks like it had never been vacuumed . The furniture looked very sad and used. There were hairs on the chair and bed pillows so I asked for another room and asked to make sure it was clean. The second room was worse than the first room. We found bugs in the corners of the ceilings , stains on the bed and hairs on the bed and other furniture. It was really nasty. I do not recommend this hotel. Hallways were dirty . The floors in the room were nasty and you can tell they do not care about cleaning the room. They should invest in a decent vacuum at the very least. Do not stay here , stay somewhere else.

The front desk staff (morning and night shirt) were very helpful and welcoming. They attended to our concerns and made sure that every concern was addressed. I also liked the location, there were several restaurants, shopping plazas and gas stations nearby. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the moment I checked in until I left. The biggest issue was cleanliness. I found **two large roaches** in my room, which forced me to request a room change. Even after switching rooms, I spotted **another large roach** on the ceiling of the outside entrance, making it clear that pest control is a serious concern throughout the property. The room itself had several problems. The bathroom was incredibly small and difficult to use comfortably. The TV did not work, and the pillows were so flat that they felt like sheets bunched together rather than actual pillows, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The hallways had a horrible odor that made walking to and from the room unpleasant. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre at best, with very limited quality and selection. What concerned me the most was the lack of security. I was traveling with young children, and despite the room door being locked and the top latch being engaged, the door still did not feel secure. A small child could easily manipulate the door, which is a major safety concern for families. Overall, this was a horrible experience. Between the roaches, unpleasant odors, uncomfortable bedding, broken TV, poor breakfast, and the serious safety concerns with the room door, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.
