Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice shower. Checkout. Front desk person was also cleaning up breakfast area and couldn’t see folks ready to check out.

The people that work here. The TV kept going off like the satellite wasn't getting signal. Changed rooms & it still did the same thing. No ice machine on 2nd floor.

My room was upgraded to a suite, much to my surprise. Nice room, clean with a very comfy bed and pillows. Nice breakfast on the morning as well. I'll be staying here again.

The staff were fantastic and friendly. They were quick to help when we had questions, or asked for an extra cot for our room, or needed more towels to go swimming. Our room was clean and otherwise well maintained. Our room, considering it was for 2 queens beds and 5 people (2 adults, 3 kids), was surprisingly small — there was nowhere to lounge inside the room outside of a small side table. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable. Our kids slept okay for the duration of our stay (5 nights), but the adults regularly woke up sore and unrested from the uncomfortably firm mattresses. Our bathroom, which had a roll-in shower, was not air conditioned as far as we could tell. The in-room AC kept the room at a comfortable 68 degrees the full time we were there, but the bathroom was roughly 15-20 degrees higher than the room at all times. Additionally, the sink in the bathroom was comically small — it was almost impossible to do the simplest task like washing hands or brushing teeth without spilling water all over the counter top. And the faucet was loose and tilted in a way that it dispensed water near the edge of the counter top.

Construction in building, carpet areas was bad with odor

Not sure if they were in the middle of a remodel but I will not be returning here. Roaches in the halls, room smelled like paint, faulty furniture, and pillows must have been 25+ years old. Low key ruined our trip.

Breakfast There was no regular cleaning of the room

Hotel was clean and everyone was very friendly. We only stayed 1 night, didn't have any issues other than there were 2 of us in the room and there was only 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. I didn't say anything but me personally as a girl like to normally have 2 towels (1 for hair & 1 for body) then was a little disappointed in the breakfast. They had just basics.

Great hotel for families, close to NASA. The breakfast is fully stocked, and the staff is very attentive to your needs. We have stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so.

Very well kept even with construction going on. Staff super nice and helpful. Breakfast was great, had coffee available 24/7. I would bring family back to stay if in the area.

They were very accommodating, room was very clean. Loved the frint desk staff. Hotel is currently being renovated but had no impact on my stay.
