Very nice hotel & breakfast.

Great stay the night before we were taking a cruise out of Galveston.!

In general I rate it good place to stay but one little thing the shower head not strong enough.

The breakfast was just okay. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't something we looked forward to each morning, and we felt it could be improved. The housekeeping staff were wonderful, very kind, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. Some of the receptionists were also welcoming and helpful during our stay. Unfortunately, our experience at checkout was disappointing. When we asked about the possibility of a late checkout, the tall, thin receptionist working that day was very cold and came across as rude. The way the request was handled left a negative final impression. Overall, the staff were a mix of excellent and disappointing, and I hope the front desk provides more consistent customer service in the future.

People upstairs let their kid run around the room after 10 PM and we could hear it from our room.
