They don’t provide free breakfast

Nothing That there wasn’t any one to help at the front counter looked dirty and unused and they had a digital face to face video conference communication with some one over seas or on in the current location taking the front desks responsibility. This is unprofessional and lacks the personal touch an establishment should to showing the public and it’s customers lack of this made it feel sleazy and cheap

THE best clean room i have been in of 28nights of travelling around 16 towns , cities of my traveling USA its a pity of this place had the worst breakfast. of anthing to eat! Hopefully the owners will to improve! if so this will will rewrds them of their all work to of kept and upgrading and cleanliness the common pc and prince to have to use printing and was not operating and enquired to a staff was maybe in breakfast area was only a cleaner,? was not interested to request others yk help I most hated was auto to check in and out. all good for youngster to use and have people without very hearing impairments and speaking and also it in very. impersonal The breakfast was a joke! coffee. and only small oatmeal thing bar plastic wrapped. no juices no water. only coffee and small oatmeal bar thinglly

No live person to check in. Was a virtual person. Could not get towels that was needed. No pool towels. Breakfast was a package of 3 little donuts and coffee, no fruit, cereal, toast or juice and no water. This is not breakfast. And to pay over $120 per night for room and no help is ridiculous. Highly disappointed.

This hotel is almost perfect. The only thing that was missing was a hot breakfast and an elevator, other than that everything was good.

The room was prefect. When we first arrived to our room there was a crab on our bed…. I have never seen towels configure in to animals… so adorable

There was no one on site to help. I checked in and addressed my issues with an agent on a kiosk whom couldn’t resolve. There was no breakfast, all they had was coffee and granola bar. Very disappointed since one of my must haves is breakfast at a hotel. Once in room the iron board was broken and since iron was attached to the board I had to drag it with me to a near outlet to be able to iron my clothes.

For coffee lover no sugar in the room. Not enough shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom… In breakfast room. There is only coffee and some packed chocolate donuts and protein bars. No fruits..

Bathtub drain was not glued or caulked. Went to open the drain cover and inside the drain was grimy and black. The room smelled bad at check in. The next morning, the room attendant used a lot of Pine Sol and it was burning my lungs. On the receipt was the time for "breakfast." It read 7am-11am "Grab-n-go breakfast." 😳 Never heard of that before. Found out it is just coffee, tea, granola bar, and 3-pak store brand donut gems. 😳😳 On Hotels.com booking it said that breakfast was provided. After I booked the room, it read continental breakfast was provided. Then, on my receipt at the hotel it was Grab-n-go. It struck me odd that there was a room service menu in the room. Room service? They're giving a granola bar and coffee. Where are they making your food for room service? Not a good experience. I told the guy in the TV at the kiosk that we were very displeased and that we would not be staying our second night. He didn't seem apologetic or even try to keep our business. I'm guessing they're getting used to disappointing people. Unfortunate.

The property location was decent I have what I believe to be bed bug bites since they appeared that night and got worse. I left on July 4 which would have been the 3rd because of this. The hotel did not provide any refund. I had to get a different hotel for that day which was expensive. I noticed there was a musty smell along with the cleaning solution scent. This is due to bed bugs.
