Seacoast Motel

Clean with comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable, clean,older motel with owners who are responsive to concerns.

Worse than that, walls and ceilings were paper thin so we were kept awake and re-awoken by the people next to us and above us.

Property definitely needs some updating. Sign at the road was small and barely lit. Room needs to updating. Bed was good but bathroom and rest of room needs some maintaining. Did not use the pool but it looked ok but nothing great. Room was clean but did have an odor when we checked in.

The only positive was the bed. It was very comfortable. The location was too far from the beach, restaurants and shops. The decor and cleaniness of the rooms. It had a musky smell. The toilet seat was loose, the sink was clogged and had corrosion. The swimming pool had yellow stains on the side and it was poorly maintained.

Easy access and close to the ocean. None, everything is fine.

Ok location to downtown Pool was a literal swamp, could not see the bottom of the pool and it smelled. Was told their pool person was on vacation. We booked a motel with a pool to be able to use. Room was damp. Non working dehumidifier that was filled with mold. Staff not super concerned

The woman at the desk was extremely kind and gave a great summary of the motel policies. She was extremely friendly and outgoing. The pool was dirty but the area around it we really liked. The first floor rooms are really accessible. The pool area closes at 7 and the pool itself wasn't particularly clean. The people above us were extremely loud on their feet and was hard to fall asleep.

The location was walking distance to the beach The room was extremely sparse. One bar of soap and two towels. The overall condition was a bit shabby.

Good location, friendly staff Cobwebs above the curtains, dust on wall trim in bathroom, outdated furniture, walls had been patched but not painted, could hear road noise, a large group of guests were there in multiple rooms & very loud after midnight

Location was good MOLD MOLD MOLD on bathroom ceiling. Black mold all over the window. Literally was a dehumidifier in the room. Shower ceiling patched and full of mold. Holes in the tub. Dirt foot prints all over the walls. Smashed bug guts on the ceiling in multiple spots. Room was a total biohazard.
