Very convenient and quiet

This little quirky place has so much potential! We were comfortable and had a good time there, using the basketball and tennis courts, the horse shoes. The pool was fully functional and packed with kids, and fine if you don't mind a bit of cracked concrete or chipped liner. Our room was comfortable enough and clean enough. It's all just a bit run down, needs some TLC, some watering of the grass, maybe a little new paint or new lamp shades in the rooms. Just a few touch ups would go a long way here. We did like the location, convenient with a car to the public beaches. Wells beach was lovely.

Only bad thing I found is office closes at 9 and nobody to contact if u have problems questions etc there is a number but number is to guy who cleans rooms he was nice but could only do so much no office knowledge about staying another night etc

You get what you pay for! Hotel rooms were anything but clean- when I tell you my kids socks were BLACK they were black and we wouldn’t have probably worn socks but the floors were so gross you couldn’t walk bare feet! Exterior they had maintenance workers weed whacking middle of the day around the pool but looked like they were trying to catch up from the last ten years. The pool is NOT heated with sucked cause it was chilly when we went to Maine.. it was also disgusting. The ACS don’t keep the room cool but could have been the not air tight sliding door. The staff was SOOO friendly though and we had great neighbors!!! It’s a great location and the restaurant right next door was our favorite place to walk too!! This place has ALOT of room for improvement!

Fire pit was cozy but they did not have any extra wood, which was supposed to be provided. Room was dated but comfortable

The room appeared to have been cleaned but the musty smell overpowered your senses. After the bedding was pulled back dry blood droplets were found between comforter and overlay. Every time on the bathroom floor was broken. The bed itself was very uncomfortable. Other “guest” left garbage out on the sidewalks. The pool was full of floating debris. You could see out the sides of the door when it was closed because weather stripping was not there. The photos on the site must have been taken when the place first opened because they do not reflect what it actually looks like now.

There was no breakfast very disappointed last time we stayed there we enjoyed the breakfast very much The beds were very uncomfortable it

Staff was very helpful in allowing us to stay 1 more night.

Nothing lol The extremely strong smell of mold. Waking up with a scratchy throat from the smell. Asthmatic husband needing his inhaler multiple times due to terribly strong smell. No hot water. Snot or something of the like smeared on the bathroom wall.

Clean room besides a awful odor of cat spray but overall comfy beds I would of switched rooms but they were sold out

We liked the location The room smelled like a cabin that was just opened for the season, the lampshades were all three waterstained and yellowing, the two pictures on the walls were grimy and faded and one had a dead fly in it and what looked like mold, there were unfinished patch repairs in the bathroom, there was toilet paper on the plunger, the toilet overflowed for no reason, the vanity doors were dirty, there was a giant scratch in the wall where the old chairs has rubbed it repeatedly, there was no parking space available when we returned from dinner at 10pm and lastly, when you sit on the bed it sounds like thunder due to the metal base however that was hilarious.

Not much The grounds were unkempt and the outdoor area smelled like pot the whole time

It was close to everything, rooms were clean and their pool was amazing Nothing everything was great

We would stay there again.

Perfect location for a week-long stay. Close to restaurants and the beach. Enjoyed a couple of relaxing days at the pool, grounds, room. A full housekeeping service ~ day 4 or 5 would have been appreciated.
